One side stopped working after about 9 weeks.

What immediately was disappointing was the length of cable, short - think just barely long enough to connect to your device and have your device in your front pocket (don't sag your pants) with the headphones in your ears. Secondly the included dongle on the wire only pauses/plays. Couldn't include a basic volume up/down? Sad. Obviously what gets this a 1 star though is the fact that after only 2 months one of the earbuds stopped working. I get everything is made as cheap as possible these days but 2 months is ridiculous. I'm just glad I got this with a $10 off coupon I got from BB so it only cost me about $1.50. However, I had a set of wired buds I got for free from a Delta flight years ago that lasted longer than this... what does that say? I don't know anymore, just annoyed and venting now. This product was a disappointment in many ways.

Good for the money

Sound good, they're cheap, but don't last too long

These aren't my first pair, and they've got a pretty short lifespan. That said, they're at the same price point as a fast food combo meal, so the fact that they're not the longest lasting things isn't a deal breaker for me.

Happy but disappointed too

Extension jack that lasted about a month and a half. Ask about warranty and the kid at the Conroe store told me he couldn’t help. . Was a. Little disappointing because it was a Best Buy house brand
