To hold it down to long it goes into pair mode. If you don't hold it long enough it doesn't power up easily. I have had to repower it every few times I power it on and off.

They are perfect for noise reduction and when she has zoom meetings she can hear a clients. It’s light weight so it doesn’t interfere with the other work she has to do
