The cable is built well. I had good experiences with Kanex brand products, and this cable is Apple certified. Be aware that this cable is about 9 ft long. I got it to use as a charging cable on a sofa, but even in this case it's a bit too long. Because it's long, it's also very thick. By far the thickest lightning cable in use. Because it's thick it's also not very flexible, and also it should be more durable than Apple cables

Just another case where you needed a cord that was more than 3 feet long. Nice to be able to charge and use the product at the same time without sitting on the floor next to a power supply

The cord is as good as original Apple and why wouldn’t it be . After all it’s Apple certified . I like the length and the sturdiness. Wish they had a pack of multiple cords with varied lengths. Would have bought that too to use in my car and with my power bank. Happy with the purchase so far

Lots of cables to choose from but I wanted black so it doesn’t standout with my car’s black interior to avoid car break in when parking in downtown public lots and ramps. Long enough so I can keep charging while paying with my phone apps in drive throughs.

We needed a longer cable to keep by the bedside. This one fits the bill. long enough to use our iPhone without having to unplug the phone. Purchased because it is for both syncing and charging. Read carefully others may not. Arrived without a problem and functions as advertised and intended.
