I had trouble installing the Anti Virus Program. This is the 4th consecutive year I had it. Last year I had to uninstall the previous version to get it installed. This year when it wouldn't install, I uninstalled like last year but program wouldn't load. I ended up having to take it back to Best Buy where the Geek Squad charged me $30 to install. That price plus cost of program is NOT good value. Then to add insult to injury, when the Geek Squad person is working on my computer he mentions that the "Internet Security by Kaspersky" would have been a better choice for me. I had asked for help locating the program in the store....salesperson should have been knowledgeable enough to suggest I consider the "Security" program! Very unhappy with both program and Best Buy!!!

It was easy to install and I haven't had any problems.

I purchased this item in 02/2014, Install in 03/2014, and expired 05/14. It was suppose to be a whole year of service. Long story, had to cut the in between lines, per their guidelines. Very Disappointed!!!
