have not had any issues with unfriendly content since install

The item was supposed to include 1 year usage, but, paperwork and installation said 6 months.

It turns on when my computer loads up, tells me when I am at risk or need to update.

I am not sure what the problem is, but one week after I loaded the software, I received an announcement that my subscription was over and that I needed to pay for another year's subscription. No thanks.

I have just installed it, but seems to be working and have had no problems with it so far.

Not sure about this program. It was explained that I wouldn't have to do anything the program does everything. I thought all updates ran automatically, however every time I go on the computer I have to make sure the update runs.It may be that something needs to be fixed on the scheduling end! Not sure this is the right program for me.

I have only been using this program for about a month but it seems to do the job.

Great deal I will be a Kaspersky customer from now on.

I like it.It is better then other software like it.

best out there by far and easy set up but is costly

It seems that the Kaspersky does not have a good reputation--it has been a little while since one of my best friends told me never purchase the Kaspersky; the two key words of the description of this product were: stuck & crash--this was also what I experienced. I installed the Kaspersky, and let it update as it required, and when the process was almost done (99%complete!), my laptop stuck. Now, I never use this product, I am sure that it is not in a good shape, and the quality is poor. For now, I only trust a Chinese Anti-virus system, which is called the "360 anti-virus system", it is completely free to download, and is trustworthy, it has a wonderful reputation.

I have nothing to compare it to, but it seems to be working as it should be.

inconsistency - sometimes blocks a site, next time allows it to load.

I purchased a new laptop and the salesperson informed me that I should purchase this product to protect my laptop and it was a special price if I bought it with the laptop. I really didn't need this protection as I was using Norton 360 and still had 160 days left on my subscription. The salesperson did not tell me that this product had to be installed and used immediately. Now I have this product and it was a waste of money because my time to use this product is running out, so I am out the purchase of this product. Bummer

I've used every Anti-Virus out there; free and paid so I was willing to give this one a try; especially since it came free with the computer. The installation went well, but after about a week of running the automatic procedure would run daily to update the software and I kept getting the annoying message the database was not updated. The desktop widget and the AV control panel seemed to be in agreement. Checked the website and they suggested reinstalling. I zapped everything and reinstalled. Same issue only it took less than a week the second time. I did not have a good feeling that I was actually protected. I uninstalled Kapersky and went back to AVG. Have not had a problem since. I would not reccomend this Antivirus unless you thrive on frustration and don't mind feeling unprotected.

Great product, but I'll stick to free anti-virus softwares for now.

I have always been a fan of Kaspersky. I am not disappointed.
