Why does Best Buy force you to take virus software when you purchase your computer. The options offered were all POOR. And you are forced to select one. I did not load them on the laptop and will not use those offered because they take over your computer, slow it down and provide no more protection than less intrusive software.

I purchased a new laptop and Kaspersky the same time. I installed and ran updates on the program. The program wont update. I have been trying to work this out with tech support to no avail. For the last month, they told me to reset my date and time and this will solve the issues. WRONG!!!! still having issues with the update.

It kept saying it needed to be updated, but no matter what I did it wouldn't update.

Incromprhensible install info. Continue to struggle with whether or not product has been installed. SUPPORT NON EXISTENT. Do not expect to be able to get someone on the phone. If you speak Russian this will be to your advantage. Stick with an American company.

I could never install it. It will only load up to 55% then it doesn't complete.

The program upgraded to a new version free of charge. The updates are small and frequent and so are seemless and painless.

Had to remove it from my coomputer as it was causing all kinds of problems.

Work well for perssonal day to day needs. I access the internet daily. Useful for my daughters school work.

half the time it says no problem but when i buy a different one i have over 60 problems on my computer

Have not had trouble down loading updates or scanning the computer. Does not slow down the computer .

I would recommend this over all others. Its doesnt have additional pop ups like you get with norton

I had this installed by the Geek Squad after my computer had crashed because of a virus. Initially, it worked well. Then, 2-3 weeks later it completely stopped working. When I called Geek Squad, they couldn't get it to work either. I'm using Windows XP and we could not figure out what the problem was. I would not buy this product again.

slowed down computer very much otherwise easy to install

Has stopped many threats on my new laptop. I'm not a developer so this is all I can say about it.

Best Antivirus Ever, To Me It Is Better Than Norton Even Though Norton Is Also A Good Antivirus

the worst virus software ever. I never get viruses and i did with this software. Use AVG/Malwarebytes you will never have problems. My laptop doesn't even work the same since I got it home, The keyboard is all skrewed up. I removed Kapersky and installed AVG and AVG found the virus still on my computer, isolated it and removed it.

Kaspersky.been excellent as far as keeping my system updated with the newest/latest versions.

It works great and I have had no problems so far. I would have no problem with this program.

Very useful protection on the internet without having constant alerts on "possible threats".

I love it. It's easy to install and easy to use. It's always working and affordable.
