This program is hard to see what is being checked and what is a problem.

I don't like to use this software. I have already used another one.

So far I have had no problems with it, I just hope it continues that way.

only have this because it was loaded on the computer and had to pay for it. Do not feel it is worth the money as my previous virus protection was much better and less money - will not renew and will remove when the year is up

i bought a toshiba laptop w/ a free kaspersky software on july 11, 2012. i was told it's good for 1 year. however, for 2 weeks now, i'm getting the message "WARNING! Your pc is unprotected. ... Renew online at the Best Buy User Portal." what is this? it's been over 1 month only.

Poduct is outstanding. It is wonderful. It protects against viruses.

i was told that with my laptop purchase i would get 6 months free virus protection got it in november set it up in december it expired january 10 does not seem right.in my opinion best by did nothoner there promise. next time i will get it in writing

Drove 50 miles 1 way twice trying to get the laptop to update this software, stayed on the phone with the Geek squad for 2 hours before they told me that I needed to return the laptop, that he software had corrupted the files.

After a lengthy install I ran a full scan. It took 6 hours and the CPU usage was at 100% most of the time the scan was taking place. Could not use the PC durring scan.

I don't know if I screwed up, but I loaded the program a week after I bought it. It says load immediately. To me, a week shouldn't matter. But it worked liked an old program from the 90's, and I got a virus immediately.

This security software cost me hours of work and then I had to delete it from my machine. It blocked me from being able to remote access my work computer, which is one of the main functions of my computer use.

This program slowed down a really fast computer. The update would never install and would requested to install the update every few hours. The product website and customer service was terrible.

Kasperskey scan report was difficult to solve and did not stay solved and the product tech support had been outsourced and I was not happy about that! Difficult people to deal with.

Spend a lot of time unprotected because it always says I've expired. I've only had it a month!
