I've been using the product for 20 months now and all three computers have been virus free the entire time, so the software does its job. The downside is that the company is Russian run and next to impossible to get in touch with a live person that speaks english, they want you to do all of your troubleshooting online using their FAQ section of the website. The 2011 version was much more understandable to use than the 2012 version. The 2012 has too many moving parts and the desktop icon installed differently on all three computers, so it makes you question if you did something incorrectly. Its a little pricey compared to some of the other anti-virus competitors, so I may choose another company's software next year for price & the ability to call and speak with an english-speaking live customer service rep.

The installation was confusing and didn't follow the quick steps included in the package. I wasn't sure how to check for viruses. But after muddling through it, was able to check and it did remove any viruses on my computer.

I bought the Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 - Windows to use on all my pcs. But not able to use on two of them. Software out of date and only have internet on one of them. The other two that i needed it on are used in the small business we have. So I would not recommend this to anyone. Works great on the one I have it one but does me no good for the other ones that I wanted it on. As soon as you install it, it has to update all files so that it may work properly.

This anti virus is excellent. When Compared to Norton, I would use Kaspersky. Have not had nothing but excellent results in the last 2 years,,,,,,,,got me sold!

i have been using kaspersky for a few years.it is so easy to use,i will not go back to norton, i had a lot of problems with and could never get help.

This is the best anti-virus program EVER. It saved me from a trojan when I was downloading a matrix code screen saver. You should get it so you will be monitored when you download stuff!

This was my attempt to remove myself from symantic and Webroot and it failed. On my Win 7 Computer the software decided that after a week my reg code was bad ... solution uninstall and reinstall . On my Vista system it has corrupted its databases twice. The first time update seemed to cure it. The second time I wasn't so lucky and the solution once again is to remove and reinstall. Than it didn't recognize the reg key Suffice it to say I stepped away from Norton and Webroot for different reasons but I rarely had this many issues with the anti virus software as I have with this

Does not interfere with other software like other brands and friendly use icon at desktop. Also does not take much from your memory.

Out of all the virus programs, Kaspersky is easy to use, easy to install and works in the background

So far so good, replaced Norton Anti-virus Computer is much faster and appears to be running really well, no flickers at all.

I've been using Kaspersky products for several years now and find them reliable and easy to use.
