    Nice of BB to activate the software the day you buy it and not tell you. Your licence starts to expire before you leave the store and are not even using it.

    Don't waste your time... renewal is a headache !

    Have spent hours of time calling Kaspersky everywhere to fix the auto renew for this product. Their phones were not working and instead of having a customer service rep call back to fix the renewal ( I sent emails), a rep called trying to sell it again. Then when I talked to Kasperski customer service they said it should be fixed. I asked them to put me on 3 year renewal and charge me for 3 instead of 2 so I would not go through this again, they said they could not do it so they put me on 2 year again. I checked my email and it still has not been fixed and it says subscription cancelled. Not worth the problems and headaches.

    I bought the antivirus with a bundle (laptop, sleeve, antivirus and a flashcard). The antivirus supposed to protect 3 PC. I installed on 2 laptops and the one that I bought in the bundle . It crashed my 2 laptops and I return the one purchases with the bundle .

    The Kaspersky was free with the purchase of my new computer. The computer came with windows 8 pre installed. Problem: I set the computer to go into sleep mode when I close the lid. Every time I opened the lid and touched a key it would not wake. I would have to hold down the power button and shut it off in order to get back in. Since the computer was less than a week old and I had such a hard time finding one that didn't have problems here, I decided to take it back into BB to see what the Geek Squad could do. Not so Geeky in my opinion. All the guy did was change the settings to Do nothing when lid closed, which is what I could have done myself and not what I wanted. After more research I found it was this software. I immediately uninstalled and it works perfectly!!

    when trying to renew, got all kinds of issues with the license not properly registering - according to Geek Squad this was a common problem they were having - they remoted in and finally got it fixed - only to have the problem repeat it self the next day. When calling Geek Squad back about it, they said it was a Kaspersky issue that was occuring alot per their phone calls - I asked for a refund on my renewal fee and I'll buy another anit virus product. Suggested to Geek Squad they should stop selling a product that they know is unstable. Never again on Kaspersky.
