dose everything its supposed to do compares to the rest nothing different

some components are at risk installed another brand with no problems

It doesnt seem as effective as norton and webroot,1 month after I bought it,I ended up with a malware virus and I dont download anything from the internet

This program was easy to install however it will not quarantine melware. No matter how many time I ran full scan it would not catch everything. I had to download melware bytes to clear the computer. I would not recommend this program.

It’s components were Corrupted and Database unable to update. If you try to uninstall it leaves you with Scorched Earth. Kaspersky came free with 2 new laptops. Needed to deploy them in the field for a year – but nowhere in the software does it say the length of the subscription. Not wanting it to require servicing in the field, I opted to replace it. When I uninstalled it, the laptops no longer could do a web page redirect – for logging into guest networks. So this “free” (Trojan horse), leaves scorched earth behind it. When I contacted Kaspersky to find out the term they sent me to Best Buy. There Best Buy told me the term of the license is one year. Okay so, path of least resistance. So I reload the software. But now it says my database is obsolete and the protection components have failed. Now for the Kaspersky.com/geeksquad support page – it knows about this – there is an extremely long and involved list of suggestions on how to fix it (can you say time suck). Just wait until you see what they want you to do. They even want you to contact your ISP to verify it has access to a list of 20 servers. Then they want you to run 2 complicated reports to send to them. I tried their support to ask for help – they made the same long list of recommendations – which will take hours. I still haven’t resolved this problem but want to get this warning out to others. DON'T ACCEPT THEIR FREE KASPERSKY!

Decided to give this a try over Norton and I'm very happy with the purchase. Costs a lot less than a Norton renewal and does the same thing.

I have high end PC. I have 2 graphic cards, ssd, i7 processor, 1000 watt power supply, water cooler loop and such on. Before I used to use norton 360 and I did not see any problems. Once I installed kaspersky it freeze my windows special on the boot time it take me up to 5 minutes before i can use my PC. I upgrade all my hardware just to make my computer work faster and spend thousand dollars and on the and kaspersky internet security cause me choke.

I have lost 2 computers in the last 2 weeks by a virus that disables Kaspersky but makes it look like you are protected! I can't even turn them on now! Kaspersky has been trying to help, but people need to know there's a terrible virus out there. If your computer slows down, check Kaspersky's settings page to see if everything is enabled. If all filters are disabled, run a report and send it to Kaspersky. If you try to fix it yourself, you won't get past windows.

I was not able to use my computer after this was installed. It got messed up. It is not advisable to change the antivirus program if you are used to using old one ( norton) for example. I get frustrated everytume i use the computer. In fact, ive never used it again after istalling this bec of unending pop ups.

This is the very worst possible internet security program ever. It messed up my computer so badly and I could not never connect to ""CHAT"". DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
