So far it has kept my computer safe. The installation was supposed to be easy and concise, it definitely was not. It took over an hour to install. Very confusing for novice user.

Great Virus Protection

But, after installing this one and seeing how great it is, I'm hooked. Thanks to Asus for providing it with the laptop. It's so easy to install, and it only takes a couple of minutes.

Didn't work with MAC

They gave a 6 month subscription for free, but we never got any use out of it, since I prefer my computer functioning, so after trying to get it to work 3 times, I gave up.

Confusing at first

After installing it, it ended up messing up my computer because it already had similar software installed. After an hour of HP tech support help, they figured out the problem, and I was able to get internet back.

Great piece of software

Got rid of the malware problem and everything is working GREAT!
