Highly recommend it! easy to use....very effective.

It really takes quite a while to do the full scan, but if it works, no problems yet, what more can you ask for.

A good ant-virus program. No issues. Had Norton prior and it made my system VERY SLOW. Not an issue here. Meow.

In today's world, additional layers of security when using the Internet is a necessity, not a luxury.

First off installation was a PITA. It would not install of a CD, the installation file had to be copied the HD then launched from there. No where in the manual does it say that but it won't work any other way. Second after installation it bogged down my 2 computers so much I uninstalled it. Both a Macbook Pro and an new iMac were rendered almost useless because all the programs were soooo slow to open & run. Even typing was laggy, characters would show up seconds after you typed them. I disabled the active AV and the computers sped up to normal but then a few days later bogged down again. I Googled this problem and it seems like Kaspersky support forums are full of people with the exact same symptoms. So I say do not bother with this AV, it safeguards your computers by making sure you don't use them LOL

Slows down downloads with all the parameters. Difficult to understand how to personalize settings

So far it seems to be working very well once its all installed.

Kapersky is a well respected name in antivirus software and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Still one of the best A/V programs out there. It's like nightclub bouncer for your computer!!!

Some problems with teh manage account, it´s not easy to tranfers to another pc your product.

My new computer didn't have a disk drive. Had to put on thumb drive they put on computer.

I'm really sorry, I pushed the wrong button; thought I was rating this internet security when in fact I should have been rating tech support. I think your tech support, which I have just renewed for three years is fantastic!! I would recommend it to everyone. But my subscription for the internet security is for three years; not one.

Ever since Best Buy recommended Kaspersky I had never been more greatful. Problems arise and Kaspersky has live help to guide you through it. They have a great staff and will answer any questions that you have. Thank you Best Buy for recommending Kaspersky for me and my family.
