Its a good virus protection for free but I would not have purchased it otherwise.

Came free with the computer and works well. I had never heard of it before then.

It was free with my mac. it came on a disk so had to borrow a superdrive to install No virus affecting me yet so I guess it works. Maybe it could have been downloaded but I had access to a superdrive and didn't check otherwise. I don't like yearly subscriptions and will not be renewing unless i see any issues.

Not user friendly, eats too much RAM memory .also slower than usual.

i like how i can use it on other computers and not just on the one i purchased

you should provide one year coverage for this computer, this is very bad.

It cme with lap top so waiting to see if it is as good as salesman said.

I was very happy with Kaspersky (purchased it from Best Buy) UNTIL it came time to renew my subscription automatically. I was signed up for automatic subscription but my credit card had changed and the first time it did not go through due to that and I received an email to contact them. They sent me an email and I tried through their link to auto subscribe it. I could not renew it by link in the email they sent me; it would not let me. Nothing is wrong with my credit card, I have used it many times and I confirmed with the credit card company it was fine and they could see where I tried to order it online but it was rejected, then Kaspersky ordered it and charged $0. Huh? What's with that? When I tried to call, the entire phone system was messed up and the customer service dept option I pressed would not ring but would just sit there until it finally hung up on me. . I tried this for 8-10 calls to no avail. I sent numerous emails for customer service to call me. Someone cancelled the auto subscription and then called me trying to sell a new subscription, instead of simply charging the new card. I explained to her while I appreciated her being in sales, that today she would need to help me RENEW my AUTOMATIC subscription and provide CUSTOMER SERVICE since none of their phones were working. Needless to say after being on the phone to multiple phone #s for hours and talking to numerous customer service people in the Philippines, Canada, and every where else, I don't believe they have been able to rebill it and provide me with the service. The last time they tried my credit card ,.the credit card co. said they did not enter the 3 digit security code and they entered “$0” for the charge.Huh? I would have thought maybe my card was being compromised but they failed to ask me what the security code was on the phone so when I called back they said they did not need it (The security code) to bill me and provide me the service. Have used the card many times and also talked to the credit card co. to assure there was no problem with the card. Kaspersky was also unable to change my 2 year subscription to a 3 year subscription when I asked them to on the phone(I wanted to have at least 3 years before I had to go through this torture again). I was so desperate to get help, and I don't believe it has been corrected yet. I spoke to at least 10 different people and it has yet to be done. BEST BUY NEEDS TO RETHINK KASPERSKY UNTIL KASPERSKY GETS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. It should be a simple fix but it has taken 40 hours of wasted time on the phone and emailing. I believe they had major problems with the phone lines; but couldn’t they be honest and tell the customer? I even called Best Buy (universal # on website) who connected me to Kaspersky and I asked Best Buy to stay on the line to experience this. During the phone call when I asked if the Best Buy person was still on the phone they indicated yes. Then I asked if Kaspersky was on the line;the same person said yes, so apparently the Best Buy person disconnected. I believe Kaspersky/Best Buy (whoever) should give me the 3 year subscription since I have spent hours, and days trying to correct the problem. It is the least they can do. (Besides fix the problem; which I can not tell if it has been fixed as of yet.). Kaspersky said if it was not fixed in 24 hours to call them back!!! Help!! Please publish this so other people will be aware this may be a universal problem. Thank you for letting me review this product.

I use on my basic computer... all i do is check my emails and fb page

Not bad for the price but i wish it was for 5 computers instead of 3.

Purchased a new laptop (Windows 8) in Dec. 2012, installed Kaspersky without trouble. I've used Kaspersky for 2-3 years on another laptop (Windows 7) with no problems, works like a charm. The new laptop with Win 8 will not allow Kaspersky to update. Tried all the helps from Kaspersky, including re-installing, etc. and went through their helpline, absolutely no help. Went to Geek Squad, they worked on it, but was ultimately told it was an issue with Kaspersky not being able to handle the updates right now. So, uninstalled Kaspersky, went with AVG, no problems. I don't know if it's a Win 8 issue or a Kaspersky issue, but when it doesn't update, it's of no use.

Seems to be doing the job so far. Time will tell if it keeps working

It's doing what it's supposed to so far. No hiccups at this point.

I like the product and support and that you can use it for 3 pc's

Forget the Police, if you have Kaspesky your ready for anything.

Glad I bought it need the antivirus don't want laptop to crash
