Get with it folks. Either it is or it isn't installed. I suspect your programmers need to review their efforts to make the steps and conclusion more clear to users.

Had to go online to download then after I installed it, my computer "lost" some files. Not sure what happened to them. Software had a "problem and needed to be reinstalled." Used the disk to reinstall and it worked but the computer runs too slow with it loaded.
