I got it free with the purchase of my macbook pro. would not install using the cd. had to download it from the internet, then couldn't get it to uninstall.Not worth my time.

I received this as part of a purchase of a brand-new HP Windows 8 Laptop from Best Buy, but after installation it would never update the virus signature files. I made several calls to Geek Squad tech support and was told to uninstall, reinstall, update from the Kaspersky website, etc. with no luck. Finally a Geek Squad tech logged into my computer and spent almost 2 hrs. trying to get it to work, but finally gave up. Installed it on my wife's Mac (had a 3-User license for Mac & PC), and it won't work there either. Says it hasn't been updated since 1969! After checking around on the internet, I found that we are not alone. Save yourself some aggravation and use another product or the Windows 8 built-in antivirus protection.

I bought a chromebook and for some reason bestbuy gave me this antivirus that only works on windows pc's and Mac's. wish they would take the time to train their people about the products they are selling.

I bought it with 1 year subscription and when I install it on my computer I found it will be expired in 146 days. As everybody know 1 year has 365 days... so somebody make big mistake. Do not recommend it to everybody... better to find some another product.

I have barely used this product (Two Months) and they are asking for renewal even when on purchase it was suppose to last for 1 year. Reinstalling this CD did not help matters. I have gone back to using Norton AntiVirus Software.

took forever to install, my laptop actually stopped working in sleep mode once this was installed with windows 8 a few programs actually slowed down or stopped working correctly, went through 2 crazy days of thinking my laptop was defective since it was new as well. Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 came free for one year with my new HP , took too long to load, stopped sleep mode in laptop, wasn't real friendly for someone not too knowledgeable with computers. I admit I uninstalled after 4 days and reinstalled free version of Avast and have my sleep mode back and the laptop and programs are working smooth with no problems.

After trying several times to install and trying several different fixes, I GIVE UP. Kept getting error message that the firewall blocked portions of this app. and installation was halted. Tried several ways to get support, but that was like trying to find a needle in haystack. Wasnt even sure the product was activated at time of purchase as marked on the case. The 2nd email rec'd from company came for Moscow! ??

Could not get rid of McAfee that was pre-installed on the laptop and Kaspersky was not able to do it. Backed out and left McAfee on the laptop. Maybe when the subscription expires I'll try to install this again.

We had to change to a different Anti virus, spyware protector because this one was treating our apps as if they were viruses and shutting them down making them unusable. .

This came with my new computer. I already pay for Norton subscription for my computers. Had to transfer that license to new machine. And delete McAfee off new machine. And did not want Kaspersky at all. When I tried to return it to Best Buy, they wanted to give me $3 for it. Seriously? for a year for a 3 license program still in the original wrapper? That's no way to treat a loyal customer. Give me the value of the product - I'll even take it in a gift card. You have my contact info. Make this right.

Very disappointed. Had to return to store twice to fix problem and still isn't working properly. Will buy another brand

The product would not load correctly. it caused the pc to continuesly reboot or shut down resulting in the reinstallation of the product from the beginning.

It frequently refuses to allow me to access password encrypted things unless I turn it off. VERY frustrating especially when on the internet.
