Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased hp bundle, great deal, nice computer, new install, had to download update to correct database, took 1 hour plus, its not my internet service that is slow. then 15 min. later database is obsolete again. uninstalled, reinstalled, no change. I guess you only get what you pay for. bought webroot and installed, works great.

Could not get the database to update. Frustrating

Contact Kaspersky Tech Support, they had me reboot, un-install, re-install, still same problem. I wasted too much time. Very Frustrating.

Kaspersky has NO customer support
