The geek squad was able to install this on my computer. The geek squad did share some additional information that is going to be helpful to me in the future

Joke

I Called on the day of expiration to renew my subscription and they said their systems were down. I called back the next day and they told me i had to pay an exrra 10 bucks because i let the service expire. The cs rep refused to waive the fee. I think the whole experience was a joke

Great for free I guess

My laptop has started to feel and act a little sluggish or buggy. Get a lot of weird sounds coming from the laptop that sound like a program or website make it, but the internet security picks up nothing. So i have my doubts on my laptop being completely protected.

Good security for price

It failed however, to identify several trojan viruses and a killer app that had invaded my machine. Also there was a lot of confusion with Best Buy in ordering this product, which resulted in about 3 iterations of ordering, installing and removing the product before the final installation was achieved.

It was actually recommended to me by a best buy geek squad member. It is also convient that you can purchase the software on line so that you dont have to go to a store to purchase it.

Came highly recommended; haven't been disappointed

It was easy and quick to install. You can install on 3 computers and it is a 1 year subscription for a super low cost. So far....so good.

This an OK product but needs more fine tuning.

I haven't seen the problem for about a week. Also it was very hard to try to log into my bank acct, due all the pop ups. I really do't like the money feature at all. Other than it is OK.

I got this product with the purchase of a laptop and has been a great . I have loaded this software on all 3 of my computers and have not had a problem since.
