Norton was clogging my system. Programs took ages to start up. Kaspersky is lean, not at all mean, and very effective. User interface is simple and clear. Scans are quick. Good product!

This antivirus have a great performance,it's easy to install,secure and overall it has a very good price.

This software is great virus protection. It automatically protects passwords as you enter them on different websites. Unlike other software, it doesn't slow down your computer.

A good anitvirus system, installed very easy in my laptop that I recently bought, but tried to install it on a laptop thats about 5 years old, the software would not install.

Easy to install, set up and use. Doesn't take a lot of memory, run very smoothly, updates regularly.

This Internet security package came free with the computer, so the price point was perfect. That being said I would have bought it anyway, because I tend to have very good luck with Kaspersky. I download a lot of different stuff from the internet and Kaspersky has alway been able to block virus'. It updates very easily and is very dependable. Even when you do pay for their services, they are pretty cheap for the protection.

Overall pleased with the performance of this product. Does a good job without being intrusive. Will be using some of the extra features like the money part very soon.

Good product for the price and easy to use. Much cheaper than norton or mcafee and works just as well. Plus has option to buy multiple years when you first get it.

So far the product seems to work as it hasn't alerted me to any intrusion attempts and hasn't found any viruses malware Trojans etc. yet at all. where is the real-time scanning I was promised? there is no mention of that anywhere when you open the program and no reports are being generated either, its almost as if the only time it scans is when you scan manually. the vulnerability scan feature is glitch heavy not stopping when you hit stop button and still displaying vulnerabilities u already fixed or don't intend to fix because they aren't problems in the first place such as dvd drive set to auto-run. the critical area scan never finds anything wrong which is both good and bad as that is where most attacks occur so it makes me wonder why it isn't catching anything. one good thing about vulnerabilities scan is that it showed me there was a lingering driver file from the McAfee internet security that was preloaded by Lenovo as a trial, so I was able to remove it. but instead of then going down to 3 vulnerabilities the count still says 4. I was told this program works in something called the cloud but when you click cloud protection to see what it is it says it was never even set up but geek squad was supposed to set it up for me. Also, I have a dual core Pentium processor there is no reason when computer is idle and just recently started or restarted and not running any applications that processor should be peaking at 95-99% usage and holding at 85-90% usage unless Kaspersky is taking up all that cpu power/time. or unless there is a major Trojan on the system which Kaspersky keeps assuring me there isn't. also geek squad ran full scan when they installed but it kept telling me It had never been run, so last week I ran it, and already it has reverted to saying its never been run. also ive already had a problem updating the program on two or 3 occaisions where it says the update files or update database are corrupted or something and I have to keep trying again throughout day or restarting computer and trying again to get it to update properly. overall its far and away better then any version of Norton or McAfee or Trend Micro that I've used but it bogs down the computer way too much. I miss the windows security essentials I had on my windows xp desktop and im told its now called windows defender and I think it would work better but best buy insisted I needed to have their "complimentary" anti-virus instead and it won't let defender even manage windows firewall and b4 antivirus software was never allowed to manage windows firewall windows did that itself. I would only recommend this over other anti-virus software, I would personally recommend using windows defender instead if possible.

I got this free with a purchase of a new laptop. I replaced my old antivirus with it (Avast) and it is so much better. There are so many great features to it and best of all, it doesn't give you any annoying popups like avast does. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to update it manually. Other than that, it's an excellent product. I will definitely pay for a new subscription when that time comes.

This was included in the new laptop I bought. installed easy, cool feature it has is extra protection when entering into bank accounts via password it encrypts it.

I really cannot stress enough how happy I am with this product. It was extremely easy to install and I am very happy with how it runs on my Windows 8 system. This is my first time with this brand of antivirus but I have been happy with his overall performance. My only complaint is the amount of update it requires, but this is because of the amount of viruses there are out there. I would recommend this product anyone.

Kaspersky remains my favorite antivirus program around. It's fast, effective and more affordable than many alternatives. The only downsides are the somewhat confusing array of options to download if you lack a CD drive and the seeming lack of specificity on how to use certain features, namely the money watching feature which has something to do with online payments... Otherwise my money will go here every time.

Simple to install and runs mush smoother than Norton.... For years I've suffered with other virus protections. Hopefully this lives up to the hype!

It is the first time I use this antivirus. It is easy to use and I like it. The price is cheaper because I can use it for 3 computers and 3 years.

This was included in a discounted bundle when I purchased my tablet. As it's a disk, I haven't been able to take the time to find out how to get it on my tablet. I was told at Best Buy that these people were the first ones to find a virus on an Apple computer, so I'm guessing they're pretty good at what they do. It was also highly rated in Consumer Reports magazine. For what little use I get out of technology, I'm fairly well-protected by free anti-virus. But if I were to use a paid-subscription for protection software, this would probably be it.

It works seamlessly in the background and doesn't take up realtime. I don't even think about but I know it works cause I've had no virus problems

The antivirus software was free with the purchase on my laptop. Installation was straight forward. Antivirus software is essential for any PC.
