Good but confusing for this beginner!

Other than that - it caught/fixed a lot of security issues so that was great!

Great new antivirus to us

Disk wouldn't work....had to end up downloading

Disk wouldn't read on my Mac, they it got stuck in the drive! Hard to remove. Waste time having to DL it from the website.

Occasionally we still get a virus, but I'm not sure if there are any programs that will completely prevent that.
