Several days past purchase I received email from Geek Squad stating my Kaspersky was ready to be installed (in my home by myself). I made a call to Geek Squad which was very disappointing due to over 20 minutes of holding for response only to be transferred and holding another 20 minutes. Very disgusted about getting the email message.
