    My computer doesn't have a CD drive so I had to download the software by going to their website. The instructions on how to download it didn't match what I was seeing on my computer which made it hard, I probably wouldn't have purchased this software except to the fact that it came with my computer.

    I am happy with Kaspersky. It does it all! No trouble and keeps away all the bugs and malware, spyware and all the other harmful "ware" out there. I highly recommenced this for home, office or students!

    I've used Kaspersky in the past, and they're fine, but I haven't installed this. The Best Buy Guy that sold me my computer practically insisted that I take one of their "free" packages. I already have a subscription that I transferred from the computer I replaced, so this just went into a drawer.

    his product really helps your system and truly is great at making the product you load this on safe and easily protects from unwanted harm which now a days is hard to get away from but this product does this with ease and is great for any product.

    Has worked fine in the past 4 years that I have had it. Automatically runs updates and scans. Notifies me of anything detected and most of the time automatically fixes it. If it doesn't then I just click the FIX IT button and it takes care of it.

    I got this free with the purchase of the laptop. Never been a big fan of this brand of antivirus but thought I'd give it a try since it was free. It runs slow and eats up a lot of memory and processor resources. Most antivirus software performs the same way but this one seemed noticeably worse

    have not needed tech support yet, but with this computer, i'm sure I will. I would have thought Microsoft / WIndows 7 would have had all this included so I wouldn't have to buy this service.
