I purchased this after seeing the expert reviews that it was the top virus protection. After using it for the last month, I don't see any advantage that it holds over other well known virus protection.

I had to purchase this along with a tech support agreement in order for the Geek Squad to work on my computer. Since the computer is still not working, I don't know if this is a good product or not. : (

We needed Geeks to clean up and upgrade operating system after some malware rode in on some web link. This product is supposed to help protect this from recurring .

The software seems to do what it's supposed to. It's irritating to get frequent messages asking if we want to upgrade, that we need to pay a fee, etc. That make no sense when I just loaded the software.

So far i have had a good experience with my virus protection. It was recommended by an employee over norton and my friend agrees that kapinskys ( sp..???) is great

The software came FREE as a part of the Geek Squad sign up for 1 year support. Free is always nice, but overall Kaspersky is not as diverse as the others on the market and not as user friendly overall.

Not very familiar with software to know how one performs better then the rest. Currently we have had no virus. When i do get a virus with this anti-virus software, i will know this product is inferior.

This came free with my Toshiba Satellite, i have tried several others, some are more user friendly than others. This seems to be a good one, 6 month trial period.

I was never asked if I already had a security product on my computer systems at home that might interfere with this one. When I got home I called the Geek Squad and was told to absolutely not to install this product because it would definitely interfere with what I had already inststalled. So this was a waste of money on Best Buy's part. I would have liked to been given the choice at point of purchase to either receive this or some other item that I could have used.

Many useful features to help keep a computer safe, but also helps you protect passwords and email addresses. I'm not a tech expert, but it seems to do its job.

I would recommend Kaspersky Internet Security to everyone! Great computer protection. I have never had a problem since installing Kaspersky onto my computers.

I would not recommend getting this if you have any Apple products. The best buy employee did tell me it wasn't necessary, but I got it for piece of mind. After installing it on my computer, Safari would completely freeze or stop responding. I couldn't force quit and I had to hold the power button to restart my computer. This happened repeatedly. It also didn't allow me to save bookmarks or cookies. I don't know how it runs on windows, but don't get it on mac.

Tried loading this software from the disc Best Buy gave me when I bought my macbook pro, but it wouldn't let me install it that way. Eventually had to load it by downloading from the net which did work, but at least every other day I get the message that the software did not shut down properly. I would not buy it for a mac, never tried it on a pc so I have no opinion about that.

Set up was easy and quick. Updates are timely and it has caught many things that Norton has missed. I love it and I am installing it on all my computers (5).

Installed easy enough. Seems to work fine. Only issue is that there is no version for one computer at a lower price. With their anti virus you can get a one computer version at the lower price.

It works fine once you install it. We had some difficulties installing the product as it gave as trouble with wireless router. In general, it is OK software, although I would not buy it again.

Good product, really noting special but it's all I could really ask for from antivirus. Out of the way, and doesn't demand too much on my system resources.

recently installed ,to new to tell. free with my geek squad membership,installed by geek squad after they fixed my broken laptop and my non working desktop.

I had to have the Geek Squad download this, and I don't think they had an easy time of it either. Took quite a while. But it's in and I'm happy with it...

It is average and similar to most other products .. Basically it is average ... it does what you would expect ... like ogher products ... mosf that are FREE!
