This product came free with the purchase of my laptop. I was told it was the best anti-virus software and so far it works great.

The product is fine for the intended purpose. What I didn't like was that from the day of purchase it was activated and not from the date I actually installed it.

From what I know of this product it seems very reliable. Unfortunately, I did not choose to use it as mi ISP provides a comprehensive protection/security package.

I received this product free with my laptop purchase from Best Buy. It works very well.

Once the installation was updated, it took days and the help of 2 geek sq. gurus to finally get the system updated. Since the installtion I have not had any issues.

Didn't install it. It came free with the system I bought. I have other programs I like better that do the same thing. Looks like it might be an average product.

Slow to download without a great connection, seems to work ok but I don't really visit risky places. Great value since it came from Best Buy with the purchase.

Only had 2013 version installed after the 2012 version still didn't prevent a virus from screwing up my computer - so to early to tell if this version any better.

it came with a computer I bought but returned the computer after only having it for only a couple of day so never really had a chance to see how good it was.

Could not get it to install on my new computer. I was disappointed because I've used it for years to keep my computers safe.

I had to remove it because it gave me some problems with my laptop. Maybe I wasn't doing something right. I will try to install again at some point in time.

It does the job but I had to redo all online passwords. Preventing any downloads in my email. I should paid the extra money and stayed with my old Antivirus.

This antivirus can be expensive, but it will keep your computer protected and functioning properly for you for a long time.

Who wouldn't want this!!! I have used them several times, and it has always been a lifesaver, and they are always courteous.

good product. would recomend they add something to prevent browser from getting all the toolbars which are very aggrivating and time wasting to get rid of.

The computer has already come with an antiviral software already installed so I haven't downloaded it yet...but will soon.

First time usung this software... works great Geek squard had setup this on laptop so I can't answer about the installation

Kaspersky was recommended by both sales persons I worked with. I have had it on my previous laptop as well as my desktop.

This virus program came free when we purchased a new family computer. We have not had any problems since we installed it.

Provides peace of mind knowing my computer and two laptops are protected with the anti-virus protection. It has already kept two viruses off my computer.
