    The salesmen at Best Buy told me to NOT install it because it would crash my new MacBook. If that is the case, why provide it? I was a bit upset that I couldn't have something that would work in it's place. Someone needs to take the initiative and SOLVE the problem, not just hand it to me and tell me "It's free, use it on someone else's PC."

    I personally do not prefer this brand over Norton but because it came with the laptop I purchased, I really had nothing to lose.

    Used more than 30% of the CPU of my pc, seems slow down my pc a little bit. The interface is not quite perfect compare to norton.
