I purchased a new laptop and this protection plan. It was easy to install and is doing a wonderful job at keeping my computer protected. Even sending me reminders when to update when necessary.

This has given me peace of mind when it comes to my computer and making sure it is protected. It was very easy to setup and use, the only issue I have is sometimes sites I use frequently will not load unless I turn off the program. However I just turn it back on and scan my computer again.

Excellent product, easy to install and no worry about security issues. It is wonderful to install software knowing that I feel totally protected.

The Geek squad was helpful in thoroughly cleaning my computer and recommending the new virus protection. It is easy to use, does not slow down my computer and seems to keep us protected better.

i installed it on my pc, (it comes with 3 licenses) and it seems like a good security defense. but i uninstalled and went back to my other antivirus that im used to. system suite professional 12 - i had recently purchased. i cant accurately say how good kaspersky is, just it seemed good.

The program was very easy to install. It is also very simple to use,and works great in the background. Does everything I had expected it to do.

I have used Kaspersky for my laptop for 3 years and it's provided great online security. I haven't had any issues since I started using this product. Before I installed it, my laptop ran slow and pop-ups would occur all the time. I haven't had any of that occur since installing Kaspersky. It's easy to use and easy to install. Best Buy now offers annual renewal on-line so I don't even have to worry about going to the store or ordering online each year. I'm automatically protected, which gives me peace of mind since I do most of my purchases online. I recently purchased an ipad so I purchased Kaspersky to ensure it's protected. I'm completely satisfied with this product.

Tis seems to be a very good virus protection for either a PC or a Mac. The guy who worked at Best Buy Fairfield swore by this product and claimed it to be the very best that Best Buy had to offer. I have had no issues up to this time so I can only assume that it is working properly.

I have used Kaspersky ever since I have got a laptop and that was in in 2008 and i find it very easy to use and very dependable. I will continue to use and buy this for all my computers!

I have had no further virus issues since tech support cleaned and loaded this software on my system. Covers three of my computers. Was running Norton 360 which did not guard against the virus which shut my system down. The jury is still out on this software, but so far, so good.

I would Strongley Recommend this software for beginners like myself. This product is for anyone that wants to protect there computers from viruses of all kind. The next time that we purchase a computer or computers I will make sure that all of them are protected by this product

The software that came with my new computer was initialized the day I purchased it not the day I put the machine up. It was also only for 6 months. It takes time to get a computer up and running and this really shortened the time to utilize the software before buying a license.

Overall it's a good product, I have it installed on 2 laptops and my desktop. So far so good. It could be a bit more user friendly on the initial install in walking you through the set up for scheduling scans, etc. As long as it blocks viruses, malware and hackers, I'm happy

This is my first time using this security system. I had no trouble installing and setting it up. Working very well on the two pc's I installed it on. Am quite satisfied so far.

I have used several antivirus software products over many years and Kaspersky is one of the easier and nicer ones I've come across. I decided to try it after my free trial of McAfee ran out. Kaspersky's various scan options are great and statistics are easy to read.

its very useful it has stopped me on many accounts to use websites that i wouldn't normally think twice about. it doesn't annoy u with as many updates as norton does either

I received this for free when i purchased a new laptop. Although the laptop also came with Norton for 1 year pre-installed I opted to remove Norton and try this. Aside from updates being painfully slow, it seems to do the job so I can't complain since it was free.

Have used Kaspersky antivirus on multiple computer systems for a number of years. Find the program to provide reliable antivirus protection. Last two versions have also included Internet Security - which also seems to be doing a good job, and the price for 3-system license is reasonable. Recommend that deep scans be done overnight or at a time when the system is NOT needed / in use for anything else because program requires serious system resources during the scan - pretty much a "system hog." Newer version includes a "Safe Money" feature - which may be great for some folks - but it drives me crazy, so I avoid it.

It was easy to install and easy to understand. My computer hasn't gotten any viruses since we installed the program. What I didn't like tha the program is only for 3mths
