Not what I will buy

I can't navigate anywhere without it's being a problem. Kapersky blocks everything indiscriminately. It doesn't seem to be a very selective program. This came with the computer, when the trial runs out, I will not purchase this product.

Worst product we ever bought

I had to call the comppany and phone numbers were almost impossible to find. Their chat support was unavailable. The company you purchase from is in Russia and their tech support is in Mexico. That creates something of a lauguage barrier unless you happen to speak Russian or Spanish. It was expensive as I had to buy the program which covered a laptop and the home computer. They didn't have a product for 2 you had to buy coverage for 3. It still won't install on my laptop after paying extra for the hard disc. The product is not user friendly and doesn't give you many options as to specific settings. I would never encourage anyone to purchase this product. I wish we had our money back. This product came on the computer and was recommended by Best Buy.

Free w/ new Win8 laptop, you get what you pay for

Geek Squad said Kapersky was the cause and reinstlled it. Ok now for nearly a month but I'm disappointed with the out of the box experience and am reluctant to give it a better rating right now.
