problem 1. unable to share printer with another pc until geeksquad 'fixed' the problem. 2 same problem next day after reboot 3. geeksquad tried to fix the gadget that didn 't have a checkmark. This ended up with me having no mouse, mousepad or keyboard action. I had to take it into bestbuy geeksquad for fix. Ended up removing everything from the pc and rinstalling the entire operating system. NEVER install Kaspersky! The only recommendation I would make about this application is to shred it before it sees your computer

I DON'T LIKE THIS PRODUCT AT ALL I LIKE THE TREND MICRO SO MUCH BETTER, TREND EVEN BLOCKS STUFF FROM FACEBOOK AND STUFF, THIS ONE DOESN'T SEEM TO DO MUCH BLOCKING AT ALL!!

still figuring kaspersky out. i attempted to follow directions with product support. the navigation is different. network bugs were found that the full scan does not find.

My kaspersky is STILL coming on the screen telling me that I only have 20 days, would I please renew!!!!!!!!!! I thought you fixed that problem!!!!!!!! I am NOT happy :(

As soon as I downloaded the software on my Windows 7 computer it would cause my computer to shut down after it sat unused for awhile. Normally my system would go in hibernation mode, after software was installed, it would completely, improperly shut down. Same thing happened on another household computer. I have since un-installed it and have no more issues, however I don't have virus protection either. I need to find a security software that doesn't slow my computer down or make it behave improperly.

This antivirus is heavy for my laptop. It makes all everything so slow. The great thing is that we never paid for it, but any way will not recommend it.

Horrible. Won't use. Per its instructions, I loaded it on 3 different computers. On each one, it crashed them. It took the ability to shut down off, it killed the sleep mode (required a hard reboot to get out of sleep mode) and it was nearly impossible to remove. One computer had to be returned to Best Buy after the Geek Squad team couldn't fix it in the store. The other two required over 2 hours on the phone with Geek Squad support to get the crummy program off.

bought with a new computer, will not let Java work, spent hours trying to fix the problem, also prevents using credit card online. Licence is for 3 computers - tried to load it on a 2nd computer with windows vista, said the key was not valid. Spent hours with online support - no help - I removed the program from my computer and went back to McCaffee, everything works fine now. Best Buy pushes this when you buy a computer - total waste of time and money

This is as good as any bundle antivirus and will work for the year. I imagine in a year it will be giving off annoying "buy me now" notices.

I prefer AVG, I have been using AVG since I started using a computer and in my mind that is the best internet security that you can have

sold to me as package,have had 1 bug/virus and am afraid there are still problems,have had blue screen twice and it shut itself down once

When I was getting my refund for taking the Geek Squad back, the sales associated informed me that if I didn't have the Geek Squad that I'd be charged $200.00 by them to get a virus out of my computer if I ever got one. I told her we had purchased Kaspersky Internet Security when we bought the computer. She stated that we could still get a virus. Got my refund for the useless software. Why have it if it doesn't protect my computer?

I installed the kaspersky software from the Internet because I was told if u install from the disk that you purchased your Mac would stop working. This product is worthless. As a result of me installing it, upon starting my Mac, it would say kaspersky is not up to date. Then it would cause my Mac to shut down in the middle of doing work. Needless to say, I uninstalled it and I don't have anymore problems with my Mac shutting down.

This product consistently locked up my computer. I finally had to uninstall it in order to use my computer. It kept locking my keyboard.

I am not sold on it. Ever since I installed it I have been having trouble with maneuvering from one screen to the next. Frustrating.

What a nightmare! Loaded Kaspersky and got the wheel of death. Could not access anything. Had to disconnect and leave MAC with professionals for over 2 weeks. Still not able to retrieve everything. Had to purchase new apps, like iPhoto. DO NOT LOAD ON A MAC!!!!!!! Had additional disks for other computers. Locked up internet browser. Was able to remove but not easily. Had to get Geek Squad to uninstall. Again, nightmare.

Forced to have it to get the Geek support I wanted. It will conflict with my current product.

Had issues installing the program, took 4X to load. And after installation I still had problems with updates. So I put my old AV on.

I downloaded this software and it didn't work too well. It was conflicting with other software so I didn't use it.

Never heard of the software, Geek Squad e-mailed me a free copy after I bought a lousy Toshiba laptop from BestBuy. Immediately upon loading my Microsoft Security Essentials and my Norton went beserk, identifying Trojan horse viruses Kaspersky was bringing in, and my system crashed. I uninstalled the Kaspersky, and everything is back to normal. So basically, it's an anti-virus program filled with viruses. Nice.
