Would not install. Loaded it up and it said that the disc had errors and could not be installed. I then bought a MicroTrend product and it loaded and worked fine. Best Buy would not take the Kaspersky product for credit, exchange or a refund. I will never shop at Best Buy again and I will never buy another Kaspersky product.

Made brand new laptop freeze and crash all the time until uninstalled , always wanted to update everytime computer was turned on, and made all systems run slower . This system is a complete waste of time and money, good for taking up space in the landfill.that's about it

I never thought I would see the day that a virus would literally shut down a antivirus program! That's exactly what happened. After attempting to install the software the computer reboot itself. when clicking the icon error message reads that Kapersky is not recognized software. In some cases made my computer worse. Called customer service. They were apathetic. I definitely don't endorse this product.

no comment. first time to use it and it was included in the protection plan but in reality it was not. have to pay for it.

Could be better. Needs work to insure all transferred from another computer can work with this application on new computor

The application will not let me download since I have a trial version on my computer. And it is not easy to delete.

Was given the program disc and installed it but keep getting email asking to install software such a waste and why??

I rated this product as POOR simply because I can't make it work on my computer, and I can't seem to get help, either. If you can have someone get back to me who will walk me through the process without having me bring the computer to the store (I do not drive and have to involve others in every trip I take), please do. Because of this problem, I cannot recommend the product, see below.

I would not recommend this product if you use Comcast to access the internet.

My computer still has a virus and is unusable. I don't know if Kaspersky didn't work or what the problem is.

Every two days it wants a database update and that takes time.also prevents me from accessing the internent

I tried the program and then couldn't get it off my laptop soon enough. I had to go on line to the Geek Squad to get it installed and then was told they couldn't uninstall it for a month. I went to the Apple Genius Bar and finally got rid of it. I have nothing good to say about the experience.

I did not download this program i don't understand why the code isn't saving. Its different from norton.

I have no idea why this was included as a "free" item to the purchase of my MacBook Pro. MAC's really do not need much protection. The package was only for a 6-month trial not the advertised 1-year trial. Then the cost to keep it active is pretty steep. Never installed it and never will. Kaspersky is not my preferred anti-virus protection of choice anyways.

IT have an excellent reputation, and have a great updates, but converted the computer mores slow.

program not really needed with windows 8 has built in protection

For 3 weeks I couldn't play pogo.com games it kept telling me Java wasn't detected. I uninstalled, reinstalled and enabled Java over 12 times. I called the geek squad and they were unable to help. I had to take my computer in and they kept it over night to figure out what the problem was. It was Kaspersky and I am now using Webroot with zero problems.

I installed this program on my computer and since then I have received two blue screen, the computer is now really slow, and I have to keep restarting the computer because it freezes. I had Mc Afee and I loved it. I was told this one is much better so I switched. I deleted Mc Afee completely then installed this. Since then it has been a nightmare.

I find it irritating, I bot a 2 year package and every day got a pop up asking me to renew.
