I was advised by GeekSquad person to purchase this virus software to keep any viruses from my new MacBook Air... once it was installed my laptop started beeping and freezing... once I uninstalled it the laptop worked once again just fine. The Tech guys at MAC said you DONT need any virus software for MACs.... stay away from this software!!!

After spending 50.00 on a anti virus that makes my pc run like I just got a virus, not even funny. BestBuy should offer to refund my money for selling such a bad product rather than give me 25 rewards points. Every time I purchase something from someone that works this bad ,it makes me wonder why I would ever buy from them again.

I downloaded the Kaspersky software into my I-Mac and Mac Book Pro, both computers were fried within two weeks. Both machines were running hot soon after I installed the software. Both burned out the power source.

i took the word of the rep in the store on this virus scanner and i got it with my laptop. I brought it all home and downloaded it. The first week i had it it was NEVER up to date. The file was kinda hard to get fully downloaded for install and i believe that its not a full secure system. I loved norton and miss it terribly.

I purchased this because of pressure from the salesman. I bought a new desktop that came with 2 months free Norton so I didn't install immediately. Subscription was started @ time of purchase so I lose 2 months. In addition although it says it will auto-update, I installed it 5weeks ago & it still says "badly out of date.

After discussion with salesperson, he handed me "what I needed" and I paid for it and went home.......opened the box.......and tried to use it. It was MAC and I had specifically told him what I needed. I wasted the money. I went online and purchased what I needed and threw this away...............lesson learned.

Had a hard time getting it on the laptop. The program would not down load

Had a virus on my pc, so I went to Best Buy. The salesman recommended Kaspersky so I bought it. Went home and it didn't do anything to help when I installed it. I called customer service at Kaspersky and they said they would have a "technician" call me back within 24 hours. I never heard back from them.

I installed when I purchased laptop one month ago and receive, at least twice a week, e-mails saying its activated and ready to install. How many times do you actually have to install this program and why am I paying so much for reminders to INSTALL when it's already installed. At least I HOPE it is!

Never again, Best Buy computer geek recommended this. Then I found it is a Best Buy product, no surprise. Tech told me there are some issues with it when I needed help. I was much happier with Norton. constantly shuts off and needs to be clilcked to turn back on. Updates are tiresome, and redundant.

I don't want subscription removed and want to exchange the unused disk.

After having this installed by best buy, I got a virus after 1 week

Product claims to be fully compatible with windows 8 but its not. Loaded on new HP laptop and started having problems with PC going to sleep and waking up properly. Error maessage when starting back up. Called HP support and they said it this product. Un-installed and everything is fine now.

This has managed to screw up my online banking. I am still trying to figure out how to undo the damage. Wish I had NEVER heard of this product!!!!!!!

I did not keep this as I already have a McAfee multiple license

I don't like this security it's annoying with all the popup.

I installed this "virus protection" immediately upon purchase of my new laptop. In less than a week, I already had viruses on my laptop, which needed to be removed by the retailer. I don't click on pop-up ads, I don't go to any non-secure sites, nor sites for music downloads.

Replaced the motherboard, still no wireless access. Had to be sent to factory to be repaired. Still waiting for it to be returned from the factory after 4 weeks.............we will see how it goes then. No more laptops from Dell for me or anything else.........from Dell.
