My new laptop has no cd drive. There is no online or downloadable version of this software given to me or pointed out to me by Best Buy. The package given to me is the setup/download for Mac. I bought a system that runs Windows 8. It's useless. I'm using another program.

I installed it on the laptop that it came with and the screen would blank out. The only way I could get back on the laptop was to power it down. Geek squad was no help, suggested I take it to store to be looked at. I removed this software and laptop has been fine since.

didnt really like it, wish it was a better product.

There is no point in installing this security system. Until I brought it to Geek Squad to have them uninstall it, I couldn't use my web browser! The system wouldn't let me surf the internet, and even if it did, it was no longer than a ten minute time period.

Seemed nice to get some free internet protection, but when this was installed the laptop didn't behave well - wouldn't ever go to sleep when the lid was closed, and if it was hibernating it wouldn't wake up. Hugely annoying. Ended up buying another product

I have 1.0 GB memory and Windows XP and this software slowed my computer down so much that it was unuseable. My computer met the requirements on the label. I had to remove this software (program) in order to use my computer again and I'm out $50.00.

I was very disappointed in Best Buy....I spent $49.99 on a product that was no longer any good. I had to purchase a new one from the website. I will NEVER purchase anything like this from Best Buy again. It would be best to just download software.

Microsoft recommended this product and it works just as he described. Unfortunately Best Buy sales person did not include my rewardZone number when I purchased; so, I didn't receive any points. Please include points from purchase to my account.

one of the Geek squad in Midland helped me with my computer, He recommended this product. I was unable to install it and I am unable to return it. So I wasted a lot of $$$. I will not be using Best Buy again unless they refund my $.

I DO NOT like it at all and would NOT recommend it to anyone. I wish I knew more about Kapersky before I agreed to purchase it for 1 year and pay the money. I would NEVER have done it. Do NOT recommend it to anyone. It is awful.

Every time I turned the computer on, I was served with a message that "----------------------" is out of date and needs to be update for you to be protected " &@#%^*()<>@#$**!!!!!" Can't be true every day for a week of updates.

Really pathetic. It locked down all the apps for Widows 8, including those that came with the computer (mail, calendar, people, etc.). If you're looking for limited internet access for securities sake, just don't connect.

my computer is still very slow. key for capital letters is switch opposite ,the current screen change without commend and then change back by itseft. download is horrible slow can not type the double O like gOOgle

I always used Norton but a clerk at Best Buy reccommended this anti- virus. I purchased it because they were out of Norton. BAD mistake. Every time I try to access bank accounts it freezes my computer.

I have reinstalled this on two different computers numerous times and it keeps telling me it is not installed. I am very frustrated with this product. I believe it could be my error though. Thank you

I got this security with my windows surface rt and due to the fact that it is a cd it could not be installed on the computer. Even though it was given to me as the recomended security system.

This program was impossible to configure to stop it from blocking almost everything. It installed a VERY restrictive firewall that kept me from accessing sites that I needed. I uninstalled it!

I got this security/anti-virus free with the purchase of a new laptop from best buy. However, after installing this program, half of windows 8 refused to function properly. Will be returning!
