At first I thought that it is a great product. But there are so many rules and you just can't undo it easily. For example the Internet would not work in public places unless you disable it

The code was only good for one download even though it was sold to me as being good for three computers.

Don't bother with the antivirus Best Buy gives you. its 6 months free and then you have to pay to maintain it. There are better anti-virus packages that are free. Unnecessary bloatware

I hate this product will never purchase again its too complicated no one explained anything about the product and how to use it. not computer smart need a easier program to use.

Kapersky is generally a good program but does not catch everything in its updates. My computer ended up with a fatal virus anyway that destroyed the hard drive.

they say it was good for free six month after installing it was for one month it never worked as it as suppose to so did not liked and not good even for free.

right in this review says 1 year free and 30 days later after purchase it expired

below average, not easy to understand for inexperienced user, not very self-explanatory, seems to slow machine down, causes unnecessary "empty-file dumps"

my apple was working fine after inserting the kapersky it started freezing now its completely froozen and have to return to geek squad very dissapointed

I don't much care for this product due to the fact that it did not meet my needs for security and I think that the Norton anti virus is a better product.

I bought Kerpasky and it was the worst, the took over a year to refund my money and ran me through the ringer day after day and no computer protevtion

There was a lot of steps to install this software. It would freeze up the computer when intalling

A one year renewal of Kaspersky was downloaded to my computer from Geeksquad and ruined my computer so that I had to buy a new one.

This product was constantly updating and interrupting other functions. Might have been ok if the (geek) squad hadn't touched it.
