Came free with my new Ultrabook. Installed quickly without any issues. Actually downloaded the software from the link sent by e-mail when it was purchased rather than open the box. Works flawlessly in the background and doesn't take up nearly as much memory as McAfee so computer runs better. Love the pop up when you type in passwords etc. to state it is being entered securely.

I've used Kaspersky's products for several years now on our multiple home computers. Anti-virus, internet security, parental controls, and backup have all served us well! So now that I'm setting up my oldest son's new laptop for his first year at Syracuse University's School of Architecture, I was thrilled to see Kaspersky among the approved products for use on the network. SU's list included a link to independent laboratory "AV Comparatives" where I found their May 2013 report gave Kaspersky the highest rating. I was sold. Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 downloaded quickly and required little interaction to get through the installation. Its default settings seemed spot on and it began working right away. An automated database and application update occurred and now it's quietly watching. I liked the Windows desktop "gadget" which quickly showed the status of protection in stoplight manner.

I got this with my lenovo from best buy and don't regret buying it. It runs quietly in background and protects all password fields when you're typing stuff in It also offers to scan any drive, memory card which you plug into your laptop/pc so that everytime you can be sure that you're not transferring viruses. It needs updates every day and whenever you turn on your pc it automatically connects to internet and updates. Its a good and reliable antivirus

I have used many antivirus programs over the years. This is by far the best antivirus program I have ever used. I feel completely protected. It's like it's silently working and you never hear a peep unless you so something unsafe. I love the safe money feature. I go into a lot of sites that deal with money and I feel completely safe with this feature. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product, no matter the cost.

Wonderful easy to use programming that allows access for 3 pcs.Easy to install and it updates itself making it worry free.The price is great as well. I was paying $120 a year for less of a product.

I had geek squad place this on a new desktop and i will also load this onto a laptop. Its very easy to use and updates easily. I have used many anti-virus packs in the past and kaspersky Internet Security has served its purpose.

This is not my first experience using Kaspersky. I've been using Kaspersky since 2003-2004, when a friend in the banking industry recommended it as what was being used to provide top notch security to computer operating systems. It was then, & it is now, as it's constantly being updated to stay ahead of those that would try to compromise your security. I've used both McAfee & Norton and have found that Kaspersky is far more thorough, works well w/ other operating systems, & keeps your system running @ top speed. Do yourself a favor, give Kaspersky an oppertunity to keep your system safe, secure, & operating @ top speed.

I had a major problem with the software today. When I signed on the software had disconnected from my computer for no apparent reason. I could not do much either. I contact the Geeksquad to helped me out by checking to see if my computer had a virus or malware. It didn't. I'[m concerned that is may happen again. A report of the problem has been sent (somewhere) which I hope will prevent future problems or create a software patch or update. The problem was centered around the fact that I was not fully protected. A very upsetting feeling. No other Internet security software has ever disconnected. I'd like feedback from others if possible.

After years of trying other internet security products, Kaspersky is now the only product I will use. It's hands down the best one available. It is easy to use, has the best protection rates, and runs quietly in the background. I also really like the Safe Money feature, which is very easy to use and makes me feel more secure knowing I have an extra layer of protection when I am banking or shopping online.

Every year hundreds of new viruses and other malware exploits attack computer users. There is no AV software that stops them all. There is, however, one thing most experts agree on - the basic Microsoft AV built into Windows does not provide adequate protection. Norton, F-Secure (my favorite), BitDefender, and a few others are at the top year after year. You need to have one of these running on all your computers all the time. If you think you may have been infected with malware, it is good to also scan your system with the free malwarebytes program to double check results..

This is a really good Internet/Virus Protection program. We like it better than Norton. It's easy to use and does a great job. We'd recommend it!

PC virus protection should never be overlooked when purchasing a new device. This software is easy to install and very reliable.

I purchased 2 Kaspersky Internet Security subscription (6 month for each) through special promotion of PC purchase at the end of last year. BestBuy Geek Squad in my local store told me that I can activate the 2nd subscription after my first one expired. I was shocked to find out yesterday that my second subscription already started without my personal activation-BestBuy store activated it as soon as I purchased it. As results, I have 2 subscription overlapped for 6 months and I wasted my money on the 2nd subscription purchase. When I called Best Buy technical support, I was told that they can not do anything after the long waiting on the phone. I was then given Kaspersky technical support tel #, which is the main line and requires 4 digit extension # and I was not given the ext. #. I finally located the tech support line through Kaspersky web site. However, Kaspersky tech support can not help me, either. Both parties blamed on store policy, which was never communicated at all. It was actually wrongly communicated. Both technical support teams claimed their hands are tied and they can not do anything. The consumer has to stock with the consequence of store employee's misleading. As a long-term Best Buy customer, I am totally shocked on the result : not just the misleading part, the unfair policy and the helpless technical support. I am writing this up to warm fellow consumers. When purchasing Kaspersky software, do not purchase it in advance before your current subscription expires. You will loose the time since the "NEVER INFORMED" store policy will activate your software/subscription as soon as you check out from store. As you can see, neither Kaspersky nor Best Buy technical team is authorized to help any subscription related issue. You do not need to get as frustrated as I am now. Although the software is good, I am switching based on my unpleasant experience.

I haven't had any issues with this product since I installed it. It updates frequently and my laptop is virus free.
