My laptop came with a trial version of this software and I also purchased it for when the trial ended. However, after completing the Setup Wizard, I should have gotten (according to their instructions) an Activation Wizard. That never popped up and the only link I got after installing the software was to buy it. So, after about 40 minutes of poking around I noticed a small link for Licensing. Once I clicked that link, I was able to complete activation. I've installed McAffee in the past without issue, so I am not too impressed with a software company that doesn't check its instructions. Otherwise, it seems to be working.

Way too soon to judge this product, but its off to a good start. If it continues this way for a year, I'll be delighted. But it's too soon to know if I'd recommend it. Based on my limited experience, I would.

I bought this product along with my computer and so far it has protected my computer pretty well. Though it gave me a hard time accessing a web page the GeekSquad was there to help me with the issue.

pretty good so far. got rid of any viruses on my desktop computer. works great.

Over all the product seems dependable and secure. There is a warranty for six months after that I do not know if there is an extention or not or if there is a purchase required.

I don't like it; it updates too frequently which I think is unnecessary, and if you're not connected to the internet, it keeps popping-up a failed update warning that I find annoying. The compatibility issue of the URL Advisor component with Safari I mentioned, there really is no excuse for...that's just poor R&D. The curious thing is that this is NOT an issue with Google Chrome??? As soon as my sub expires, I will be replacing this program with something that works better. Don't waste your money on this program people!

Its a good anti virues. Good for the person who is not very comfortable working with junk programs. A software that protects your computer with simple, user friendly features.

Good security software. It has a variety of customization options. Interface is easy to navigate around. I like the application and network resource and utilization features.

I was hesitant at first when I picked this product out because I had never really heard of Kaspersky before but it came free with my computer purchase. I'm really impressed with the program it was easy to install which is saying something because I am terrible with technology. I really like the instructional videos Kaspersky's website offers and they have some really good articles about the best way to keep your computer virus free.

Easy to install, Easy to use. I've needed to use it to scan and make sure I had no viruses or malware, and it worked pretty easily

Hands down this is one of the more easy to set up and non-intrusive security suites I've used on a Windows computer. Scans are quick for downloaded files, additionally Kaspersky give additional details about where the file gets downloaded the most, the popularity of the file and reputation. The FW is also quite easy to set up and reminds me a lot of Zone Alarm w/o the constant pop-up while its learning what's valid traffic.

I purchased this with my new laptop computer. It is easy to use and the price was reasonable.

Kaspersky keeps my computer safe and I have never had any problems while using Kaspersky.

They keep sending me an email saying my subscription is expiring, even though I purchased a year subscription. After alot of headache, I found they were talking about my trial version only (the trial version and full version run simultaneously). Also, my laptop came programmed with the wrong date, and threw the Updates into chaos; it wouldn't update until I figured out my date was programmed incorrectly. Also, one pet peeve is there is no contact information for Kaspersky other than email. If I purchased a full version, I really prefer to be able to call someone in person for any issues.

Good alternative option to Symantec and McAfee. And a trial edition for several months is available if you're interested in testing it out. Recommended!

Got the anti-virus free for six months with my new computer. Installed easy. Does slow down the performance of Chrome. Works fine when I am using IE though.

It was easy to install and seems to be keeping my laptop free of unwanted intruders.

I think so for it has kept the virus out so it must be good product. Will find out more in a few months time

This is a nice piece of software. It protects against threats nicely. Easy to use.
