Their tech support guys are very knowledgeable and helpful easy to reach, no waiting. I'm pleased with Kaspersky Internet Security and Beast Buy for offering it as a freebee It 's why I deal exclusively with Best Buy. They are the best!!

Does everything it says it will do
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been a Norton user for years and got Kaspersky with my new ultrabook. First off the workload Kaspersky uses is about half what Norton uses so my computer is not dragging while its running which I find awesome. Price is also about half of what Norton is as well. Very easy to use straightforward even for people who are not tech savvy.All in all great buy!

Absolutely necessary, for Windows OS

It is not of much use though, since the first thing that I did when we bought the laptop was to remove Windows 8, and load Fedora Linux 18. That's a much better deterrent to Windows-based viruses than this software. If you're going to stick with Windows though, please use this or some other form of Internet security software.

I was impressed by its ease to install. It is protecting all three (3) of the computers I have at home (1 All-in-one running Windows 8, 1 desktop running Windows 7 and 1 laptop running Windows Vista).

Best Internet Security

It was recommended to me when my old computer was badly hacked and I brought it into the Geek Squad. I bought a new computer, and used the second of 3 installations you get with the software. I have never had a problem with either computer since I installed it.
