I have heard this product was best in it's class. I am hoping that is true. However, I had some difficulty loading it onto one of my computers and there is no way to contact customer service other than back and forth e-mail correspondence. I was finally able to make it work but I remember... I had Norton and they had an extremely helpful customer service who I was able to talk with and eventually they were able to remotely assist me in loading the product. So... if you are a beginner and require your hand being held through the loading process, this product may not be for you.

This seemed to do it's job as advertised. However this company has received bad reviews internationally because it is a Soviet based product. Therefore I no longer use it.

My original computer included a Kaspersky product. It was due to expire in early October, so I purchased the disc over-the-counter. Now I keep getting "your expired" messages & I don't know how to get rid of them.

Great protection for computers number one to me it scans everyday

Couldn't use 2013 at all so had to resort back to 2012 and use the new activation code from the 2013 disc. Kaspersky should have worked out the bugs before putting it on the market.

It took almost 1 hour to install and another hour to update latest patch. This brought down 8GB RAM , i5 machine to its knees. Everything is slow. I have uninstalled it after 8 hours. spend your money on Mcafee or Symantec or use freeware Microsoft essentials and K9 Bluecoat.

Unlike the other reviewer, this by far has been the best anti-virus software ever. I've been using it for 6mo no issues at all. When I got my computer this came free for 6mo, however, the PC had a 30 day trial with a different company, so I decided to use that first. Well, I wish I hadn't and never will again. I got a virus and no matter what I tried I could not get the virus off my laptop. So, I installed Kaspersky and bam removed no problems, runs in the background, doesn't slow computer down at all. Best ever! Go ahead and check other reviews online, they are very good.

An earlier version of this product was highly recommended to me by a BestBuy representative. Let's just say that I will never trust one again. Check out the customer complaints online.
