I feel this software provides great security on my laptop. My only problem is now every time it tries to update, it says "update failed," which is annoying because it pops up all the time.

Honestly I know nothing about internet security software. There is a feature that supposedly protects when online banking by opening a secure browser. That feature locks up my computer.

We bought a laptop and received this internet security pack for free. So far, we have had no issues with it. I like that it will open your browser in a new secure window for things that require payment like Paypal. I makes me feel better about transferring money. It will also prompt to open a new secure window when you are making payments requiring credit card info. Since it was free, we did not really do any research or compare with other software, but it seems to be providing the services as described on the packaging.

Pretty good program for the price (free with purchase). It does not slow down machine as much as other software

This internet security software was suggested when I purchased my new computer. I have always used Nortons. I had some problems loading the software, but it seems to be doing ok now.
