I have owned a PC for 20 years and through that time and upgrading brands and types of PCs I have tried McAfee, Symantec, Norton and a variety of the PC Tools Internet Security Programs. In 2010 when I bought a new PC I discussed my concerns about those programs and the salesman suggested Kaspersky Internet Security. Since that time I have been impressed with the ease of a system that combines all the features of those other programs and through updates remains current. An outstanding feature is Safe Money which provides an extra level of security while purchasing items online, banking etc. Another thing you will like is that after scans reports give you options to upgrade software from other programs and fixes that may be necessary. Plus your enrollment allows you to install on three devices.

Bought this becaause my Windows XP lap top was no longer supported after 4-8-14. Needed to upgrad anyway as old laptop was almost 8 years old. Price was right for an 8.1 windows laptop with 750 GB hd. I saw other computers with far less for larger price in Best Buy and other stores. Nice graphics on screen (bright). If you don't have a Windows 8.1 compatible printer you will need one. I need one so that's why I am including this for your own benefit.
