I have been a Kaspersky subscriber for many years.

The employee that helped me in the store was an awesome employee.He said that the Kapersky was the best. He sold me right away. But when I got home and try to install it, it won't install. The employee at Best Buy also told me that the package that are purchased would allow me to call and get technical support from the Geek Squad. Understand that this company is very busy Company but I hadn't even been able to get help trying to install this program. So now I've got this brand new program just sitting here and I'm in med school and I don't really have time to bring it back to BestBuy to get help or to waste my time on the telephone waiting for someone to help me or so called accidentally hanging up the telephone and then when I call back it happens again so I don't think that this is going to get a good rating for me sorry.
