I can't honestly say I am happy or not happy with this Kaspersky security program. Frankly, I would have chosen a different product, perhaps one of the main-stream security programs, but the salesperson pushed it and I went along with his recommendation. Remember, I make no pretenses about being knowledgeable about computers and the like. But I need them for reasons of my own.

I purchased a Dell laptop which included Kaspersky program. I have never had so many problems with any computer. I had to take it back in to Best Buy and had to purchase Geek Squad tech support for around $380 (on top of the $500+ I paid for the computer). It seems there were numerous viruses in the computer. I don't know how the viruses got there because there was always some type of protection software. After round 1 of tech support, the computer seemed ok for a short time then I began having problems with the touchpad which had stopped working altogether. I took it back again. After round 2 of tech support, I took home a computer that was entirely in Chinese. I finally found the language selection and corrected that, partially. The "Amazon" charm is still in Chinese and the weather charm is in Celcious instead of Farenheit.

My computer working lovely; monitoring everything!

Installed on my Windows 10 laptop with the Insider Preview latest Build and have had no issues. I have no tested to see if there are remnants left over after being uninstalled but Kaspersky is consistantly one of the top providers. I'll edit or add to my review once I do some more intense testing with known viruses/malware and what gets left behind after removal.
