I've used Kaspersky for more than five years. My computer is still besieged with viruses and malware.

I like the easiness of this product however it constantly needs updates I find that very unnecessary.

This was included with a desktop purchase, and I see not added value over products available free online.

It seems to find malware and other problems all the time. I'm not sure what is good or not any more. Why does it not allow my Internet Explorer or my email program to be opened on my first tries? Why does it ask me to scan repeatedly and then finis nothing wrong? I'm never sure it is removing viruses it finds; do I have to do something that it doesn't tell me to do?

seems difficult to get into some sights so hoping that it is working & not just blocking entry.

So far it has worked ~ a month. Chosen based on your recommendation, I hope it continues to work.

I believe it is pretty thorough in its online antivirus & security promises and advertisements. I had an issue a couple of times and really needed to talk to technical support at Kasperski, but it was impossible. I sent an email trying to contact them and that was even more frustrating. I ended up relying on a Geek Squad technician to help me work through the issues.

Fast scans that work well in the background that don't use a lot of resources. Able to schedule scans. Only complaint is that I wish the updates were more frequent and able to be scheduled (hourly, etc.) and I also that you could schedule the rootkit scan, that seems to be done at Kaspersky's own schedule. Aside form those minor issues, it's a great product.

This product came with the purchase of a pc. It works. Wish the annual fee was more affordable.

I have used this product before and was pleased overall with the protection services they offer.

This was installed by Best Buy as part of a package, basically for free. It worked well for many months with Windows 8, and all of my other software, until the last update, supposedly to be compatible with Windows 10. It immediately crashed all my browsers, IE, Firefox and Chrome. I had to do a system restore to get things back working. It did it again. I took it to Best Buy, who deleted it and reinstalled the prior version. It worked until it updated again. Crashed the browsers. I have since spent weeks and weeks with Kaspersky so called "tech support" emailing back and forth, and they have run diagnostics and tests on my laptop and the finally recommended that I delete other software that I need, unrelated to any browsers. I was finally forced to uninstall Kaspersky and use other anti-malware software. I absolutely can NOT recommend this product, between the problems with the product and the DREADFUL tech support. Maybe it will work better with Windows 10.

I haven't used this program long , The amount of time I have used it I really find it to be fine.

It's okay. Can't really complain...I got this free with my acer purchase, so I downloaded it.

I've used two other av products before. One seemed okay and did the job. Another, which I still have on a separate computer, keeps interrupting what I'm doing to give me warnings about high cpu usage and bogs down my speed. Kaspersky is the choice of Geek Squad and since I'm now using them for service and support, I'll stay with what they're working with.

It' seems like is getting better by the years I've always used Norton but is not easy to obtain it

Kaspersky has made me feel more comfortable using my computer. In the past I have found viruses and malware regularly and have used various other programs, both free and for a fee, to try to keep my computers efficient and hack-free. I've had Kaspersky for a month and thus far have no evidence of bad stuff. I check regularly because I handle my finances online.

This came free with my new Mac all-in-1. It looks like a solid product, however the install ended up being fairly confusing and wasn't working properly at one point, so I abandoned the idea and didn't end up having it installed. I am a tech savvy person, but this was my first time using a Mac OS so that probably contributed to the overall confusion.

I bought this for added protection for my new touch screen HP. Haven't had any issues so far.

This anti-virus has worked good for me so far, but I want to give a call out to the Best Buy Geek Squad. I called them to help install and that access my PC remotely and took care of installation for me. It was great! So glad that I purchase their service and will continue to do so.
