So far so good, but with an apple computer you don't seem to have he problems of others.

Customer Service and knowledge is Excellent at this location. I shop there because of the way I am treated and assisted. I was lied to at the main ATT location regarding an issue with my I5 phone and Best Buy tech explained the issue and fixed it instead of telling me it was impossible to repair. I am loyal to this store due to the staff

Not to envasive, runs easier than norton. Its the geek squads go to security program.

Purchased my hp laptop 5 years ago. I used it for school and partial take home work. I was using a security program from target and I had multiple problems with it. Got it cleaned out and wiped them got this security from Best Buy and I haven't had a problem since. It's been 6 months and I haven't had one problem.

It is difficult to know when these types of products are working as they run in the background and you don't really see what they're doing. In this particular case, it isn't really necessary to even have this product at all as antivirus software already comes embedded within Windows so something like this is basically redundant.

Came as part of a package with the laptop I purchased. This is the first time I have used Kaspersky, so far it seems to be giving me the same protection as the well known product I had been using. I will consider renewing when the initial free period is up, depending on how well it performs over the time remaining.

I don't like it and uninstall it. It was annoying rather than being a helpful tool.

This product was impossible for me to install. I thankfully was able to call Geek Squad and they remoted in and got it installed. I'm a seasoned veteran of antivirus technology and this software is incredibly unstable. I used to have great faith in Kaspersky but here of late their products have me questioning their security.

Good to help protect computer against viruses. Haven’t had any issues.

I've used Kaspersky for several years and had no problem until I upgraded to Windows 10. The two are not compatible. Some protection is limited by Kaspersky and the entire product bogs down the speed of my laptop. And I keep getting warnings every time I visit a website. I fault Microsoft and the windows operating system.

Seems to provide good security, but have had problems with messages of out of date databases each time there's an update. Don't know if there was a problem with software installation. Have discussed with Best Buy once; wrote down some of the messages & plan to discuss problem again after Thanksgiving holiday.

Never needed security software for any macs in the past but since it is free why not.

Initially, I thought that something was wrong with my new computer. I brought it to the customer service desk to return it, stating that my computer that was supposed to run super fast was running super slow. For instance when I was on Facebook, it literally takes 5 minutes to send type a 1 sentence message! A Mac technician checked it out and turns out the free Kaspersky Anti-Virus program that came with my laptop purchase slowed the speed of my computer dramatically. It was basically creating a filter between each letter that I typed. Their annoying digital keyboard kept popping us as well when I clicked in a text box. He immediately uninstalled the program, said that anti-virus programs weren't needed on a Mac, and even went as far as to say the best anti-virus programs are the free ones that you can download online, such as Microsoft Security and Malwarebytes. Listen to him and save your money!

I don't find it to be any more useful than the antivirus that came with the product.

good product, also free for a year. Issue is setup. If you follow instructions in box you go to a buyme page or free trial. after 3 weeks on free trial I used Geek Squad to help me follow a very cluggie path to register product. Important note: 1 year starts the day you install, even if you install the free trial.

This clashes with the one already on my system, it was difficult to try to install.
