Receiving this as a freebie is nice but doesn't really requires for mac

This product has received respectable reviews by computer media outlets. I've yet to use it, as I have a current subscription for all of my devices. I will use this product in the future as antivirus software is a must have for everyone. I'll attempt to update this review, once I do use it.

I run this program four times a day sometimes. I don't go to risky sites and the popups are driving me crazy. I don't think the software has any other than what fools like me pay for it. I have to shut down my computer two or three times a day because some virus or malware takes over the screen......

Too early to tell. Doesn't work on all sites. Recommended by store .

This package covers 3 devices and did what it said it would do. I had it on an annual renewal, and I renewed it for the first year. When it was up for renewal, I decided to upgrade to Kaspersky Total Security to get the added protections - not that I was dissatisfied with KIS.

Very useful and easy to use. Would recommend this product to others.

One of three "Free" options when I purchased a notebook. I had been a faithful user of a different provider however the company was not offered as "free" with purchase; of the three offered I have used two in the past with less than favorible results. The two failures to load properly prompted Windows 8.1 notifications that the system was not protected. The software did recognize the failures and asked if I would like to upload data to their servers which I allowed. Where my browsing habits are not exactly "safe" they are certainly not risky so I am not sure what happened to cause the failures. After rebooting the system the Windows notification did not return. Set up for novice users is simple and iwill wager protection is very good in comparison to major providers. I tend to dig deeper into softare and found ample safeguarding options available.

I want to blame yahoo. I never used yahoo in searching before and it was set as the default, now I am back to the google. But I still occasionally get bad ads and a malware demanding that I call some number. It goes away after I shutdown for about ten minutes then run a scan and nothing comes of it.

Had some minor software issues when I bought it but they got fixed with a couple updates from Windows. When surfing the web, sometimes the page stutters and seems like it runs out of ram even though it's got 8gigs; specifically scrolling on YouTube. Other than that everything is great

I dont like that i have to pay to renew. I guess for free it's not bad.

Seems to do what it's supposed to. I'd be happier if it was a US product
