This software was a free gift with the purchase of my laptop but I love it and when my subscription runs out I will be purchasing again. It not only protects my computer but has amazing parental controls. I was able to block my son from getting into programs and websites he should be on. After spending hours trying to figure out how to do it on windows 10 only to find that it couldn't be done the way I needed it, it was amazing to find that this product did exactly what I needed it to do.

I had to reinstall and get help from the Geek Squad.

I used it for 2 computers and it was free so I use it.

I got this software free with the purchase of my new laptop from Best Buy and it gets the job done. Once in a while, it blocks a website that doesn't need to be blocked, but I'd rather be safe. No complaints.

The software did not update nor could I install this product. I ended up using AVG. Avg is a much better program. you can download it free from the internet and then purchase it. This product I tried 5-8 times and was unable to have this program dowmload or use it.

This product is nothing special gets the job done!

I am using it for a desktop and a laptop. My desktop is old and it works fine with it. No complaints! Although, not sure if it is making my new HP laptop slower?!?! Overall, it fits the purpose and had no issues w.r.t. Viruses and malware still date.

Long time user of another AV suite but as this came included with the laptop, and was highly recommended by the Best Buy staff, I decided to go ahead with the activation. So far, so good, but then again I really don't visit any file sharing or other typical problem sites.

It was given to me for free during a purchase of a laptop. I don't feel the need for it because I actually know how to avoid getting a virus. However for those who need help in that feel free to try it, just know that there are other free alternatives too.

It came with the computer. It works fine for free.
