My old Dell was so infected with garbage (I try to be so careful, too) it would not run without pop ups and redirects all over the screen. When the Geek Squad asked the name of my security provider, I told them it came with my Internet service. They were kind enough not to laugh and suggested 3 much better products. I know nothing about this stuff, but I trust the Geeks and now I'm in great shape. Shortly, I'm going back to them to ask for their recommendation for a new computer as my Windows XP life is over.

Difficult to set and use. Prevents and blocks use of other apps and programs. Despite its use, within three months my computer was infected. Granted I'm not a computer whiz, but I've used other security products without a problem and without infections.

As an I.T. professional, Kapersky is my total internet security solution of choice. It has a light footprint, and generally does a great job if warding off diverse threats. It is the one I recommend to all my customers, and the solution I generally use myself.

Most security softwares are a bit complicated so that users are unlikely to use most of the features that the software comes with. However, this software has a very good user-friendly interface which is very helpful to aging people who do not know well computer.

This is ok for security, but I rather have Norton.

This malware protection software has all the features I was looking for. I was reluctant at first about the subscription service but after having it for awhile I warmed up to it. I always know I have the most current version running on my system.

Have always used Kaspersky, so it was a nice bonus to get this for free with purchase. Have relied on Kaspersky for protection for many years but have found bugs here and there depending on the operating system or computers with older specs.

It is a good product. SMART MONEY is a wonderful feature to access bank aND investment accounts online, but it will not work well with specific sites that the user may need to access. I had to call customer service support for help with it.

I received this as part of a GeekSquad support plan. So far, I've not had any problems with it - I can't say if it's catching anything or not at this point but I've not had any PC problems since installing it and it doesn't seem to hog resources.

I was not told how I would be sent alerts I receive these as one or two word alerts and I do not know what they mean and I do not know if they have been resolved. I have received an alert saying it will not allow specific mail but it does not indicate from whom.

It is a comfort to be protected form viruses, not only on my daughters new laptop but also on my older laptop. I would have installed it on another computer it there were a third one in the house. Thank you for recommending it to me and installing it for me.

Kasperskey Internet Security is a very good internet security program for the price, saving your files from hackers. It is an easy to install and setup. it automatically updates virus definitions as they are available. It is quite reliable program. use it.

Bought a HP laptop last year with free 6 months Kaspersky Internet Security .I used it for 6 months and it worked very well for me so i decided to buy a one year subscription.The price is affordable and you can install it in up to 3 devices .its very easy to use .I run it every day in Full scan mode and so far have no issues at all.My only complaint is that the scanning takes a long time in" Full Scan Mode"compare to other (paid) antivirus soft wares i used to have other than that its a great product.

The Kaspersky product was recommended when I purchased a new computer at Best Buy. It works very well and guards incoming and outgoing data on our home computer. Considering the sensitive information used daily, up-to-date protection is very important. The rules and settings are easy to understand and to set and the job is done in the background continuously without interruption. Kaspersky will not slow down the computer, either. And best of all, if you are not sure - Best Buy is there to help!

I believe the security is great but it is not intuitive to use. I bought this because of some previous experience but much has changed and I was not familiar with all the changes of the latest edition. Still very good just not very easy to use.

I purchased this at the same time I brought my Laptop. I got home & realized the Laptop already has its own Internet Security, but if I'm not mistaken I've dealt with that one before & wasn't too impressed. So I put Kaspersky Internet Security on my Laptop, & I'm satisfied. It has been keeping my Laptop clean, really protecting it. It even gives me the option to click/ scan on my own. It's working 24/7. I'm totally glad I got it. I absolutely recommend it. It really helps and protects your stuff.

What I like about this security program is that it provides multiple layers of security. I am aware that if someone really wants to gain access to something that they will. But with this I feel confident that can use the internet securely.

The virtual keyboard is a nice touch however there was no tutorial on how to use it and it really made logging into any website with a user name and password difficult at first. Overall good security that does not slow down the computer and keeps me safe.

This program will keep everything from intering your computer even things you want. Difficult to manage. It deleted a program I had on my computer and now I will have to take the time and money to pay someone to help me recover software.

I had never hear of kaspersky before the store associate introduced me to it. I had Geek squad install it for me. I find it easy to navigate and very straight forward. Running scans can take a little while but depends on your Internet speed.
