I can't review this product because I didn't even open it. I got it with the computer but I have always used AVAST antivirus and I have never had a problem. I'm sure it's a good product, but I prefer to stay with what I've always had good results with.

Kaspersky is great for keeping the average computer user safe. Pros Protects from virus and malware really well. Generally it can even protect the most naïve computer users. Cons. Slows down normal operations. Not a lot but more savvy users will notice.

This was easy to install and set up. It did the first full scan and that took a bit of time, but that's to be expected on the full first scan. After it has scanned rather quickly. I have not used this brand before and will update when/if I have further info.

New comp came with a 30 day trial, I bought this for longer coverage. It was confusing to get it loaded and usable. My comp crashed half a dozen times within the first 2 days of owning it. Geek squad had to help. Worked out kinks and so far really good.

Switched to Kaspersky over 6 years ago. Much faster & better protection than Norton & McAfee. Also has M-F free daytime support, unlike many competitors. They're not perfect, but the best of 4 products that I've used for my PCs, & will continue to do so.

I got this for free with the purchase of a new laptop. I was coming from a windows 7 machine that I had used third party antivirus software on, so when I was setting up my new windows 10 machine I figured why not install it if it was free? Well, it totally broke my internet connection. I went through all the settings to no avail. It was all I needed to uninstall it and toss it in the trash. Windows 8 and 10 have Windows Defender baked in, so third party AV programs aren't really relevant anymore. Looking further into the subject apparently they themselves render your machine more vulnerable, as hackers are targeting them since they have elevated administrator privileges.

This was free with the purchase of my new gaming laptop. Installation was easy. And you even get a free trial period you can use before installing this that gives you more time coverage. Make sure you do it for the extra week or so.

Great product that protects your identification and other personal information while surfing the web. Kaspersky also prevents anyone from unauthorized use of your web camera,using it as a spy cam. 3 computers are covered in this 1 box.

You need something to protect your PC while on the internet. It is just necessary, so if you have nothing else, you can use this. The only downside is that you have to pay for it, and it might slow down your system and your use, depending on your settings.

Had previously used Norton products. Thought I'd try something different. Norton seemed to want to control every aspect of my computing. This product doesn't seem as intrusive and scans and downloads updates much more quickly.

I have used Kaspersky for years and it has kept my computer free of viruses. The product is easy to use and has great features like a privacy cleaner. The sales staff did not do an adequate job and never told me a full three year license came with the purchase of my Geek Squad protection. They threw the disk in the bag and said only "give this to someone else since you already bought Kaspersky." It's a good thing Kaspersky refunded my purchase so I could use the one I received for free.

Everyone needs to add security and protection to their devices. Best Buy included this as part of its Lanovo Yoga promotion. I was pleased to find they provided coverage for 3 licenses, so it is now our family standard! Thanks Best Buy!

I was using Kaspersky before I bought the PC which included it as part of the package. I was impressed with the option for up to 3 PCs even though I have only one. The Safe Money program is a good feature of this software. The notices about questionable websites are gentle and effective. Overall protection is very high, and the full scan feature is quick considering the size of my hard drive. I highly recommend this software for high quality protection.

I've tried most of the internet protection programs (Bitdefender, Kaspersky, McAfee, Norton) and Kaspersky has a user friendly interface and works well in the background - not a resource hog. Works well with Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Product was complimentary with purchase of my daughters new laptop. Installed quickly without any noticeable bloatware. She has not said if the product has protected her during internet usage, but she is 16, she wouldn't share unless I asked everyday.

Kaspersky is one of the best Internet Security suites you can buy. It does what it needs to without slowing down your PC in the background. Pair it up with Malwarebytes Pro, and you have one of the strongest defenses against almost anything the internet has to throw against you. Norton and McAfee are great alternatives but offer the same for a bit more (for the 3 PC/total package versions).

Thanks to giving me a CD with the program - although the computer I purchased does not have such a drive. Accessing, downloading from the website required technical assistance, because when I downloaded the trial version there was no option to key in an existing code or indicate I had received a "free" 1 year subscription. After calling technical support THREE TIMES in an effort to find out where to go to download - I am now in a perpetual loop with the version I attempted to download and the constant emails reminding me I have 0 DAYS left and am SUBJECT to horrible viruses! Thank God I did not purchase the Geek squad subscription. I have no faith this product works, and am ready to install AVG.

I always liked how kapersky sounds so simple and clean. The software is so light that you don't even realize you have an antivirus installed. Also, the 3 machines bundle are awesome for people, like me, that have more than one pc.

I have used Kaspersky for several years and have been happy with it. This version, installed by Best Buy, may not be as smart as my previous version. Kaspersky has sent me a fix that I have not had time to implement yet (holidays!). We shall see.......

I loaded it to my laptop, with no problems. However, I have had a lot of difficulty loading it on my 2-in-1, which is what I purchased it for. It has taken care of all of the problems on my laptop, I just wish I could get it to load on my 2-in-1.
