I have had many other security programs and they pop up things on your computer all the time. This one doesn't. Seems like it just blocks the potential bad stuff for you and doesn't pop up 50 things to let you know that it did it.

Over the years I have used several antivirus software programs and have found Kaspersky Internet Security to be the most effective software with the least impact on your computer's system. Not once have I suffered any kind of virus or Trojan or malware using Kaspersky - can't say that with the other brands. Easy to customize, great tech support, affordable, and most important, provides the best defense for your computer.

This has been really good internet security software. It works pretty well. It scans and updates when it needs to do so. The only things is that once in a while it gets hung up on opening. I then need to restart my computer.

This is a 2-year Kaspersky subscription provided by Best Buy as part of its Geek Squad tech support. We've had Kaspersky for several years, and it seems to work okay. We have been a bit confused about reports on rootkit scans.

I have always been an avid fan of Norton products on keeping my computers secure but I finally decided to switch over to Kaspersky Internet Security and I must say, I'm impressed!!! The user interface is user friendly and I don't even notice a slow down on my system with this software running in the background. Overall, I feel confident in using Kaspersky and I'm sure you will come to the same conclusion as I have.

Was looking for Anti-Virus software - so did some research online - every site I visited had their "Top 10" lists. The only one that was consistently rated as "very good" or higher on every list was Kaspersky.

Good internet security application for individual users. What I liked most is that it comes with Safe Money a feature that provides a protected browser when you access banking services or make online payments.

Simply stated, this internet protection is awesome! This product was a gift after purchasing a laptop so I was skeptical at first. Being that this internet protection is user friendly and protects up to the devices, I love it!

We already had been using Kaspersky and had no complaints. I received this with the purchase of my new laptop. I inquired if we could wait to install this since our current kaspersky didn't expire for months. The sales person assured us we did not have to use this right away. Months later we went to install and it had expired. We had never used it. When I called best buy I was told it was activated when we purchased it in the store. We were not told this. So we lost out on using this and had to purchase a new one. It was very frustrating and best buy did nothing to fix this situation.

Best Buy gave me the Kaspersky Security with the purchase of my new Dell Laptop. I used the lap top for a few days before I installed it, after a couple of days, The machine locked me out of the internet. I returned the machine three times and the Geek Squad jumped right on it and took care of it each time, but nobody could say for sure if this was the cause of my problem. I bought from Best Buy for the Geek Squad support, and for me it really paid off with the problems I was having. I am extremely pleased with the support they gave, I'm just not sure of the product and not sure if I ever will "trust it".

Kaspersky does a pretty good job of keeping up on today's malicious threats, but the technology is still signature based - so if it's never seen the file before - the likelihood of protection is slim. So far so good though!

When we moved to Kaspersky, I was so happy with the functionality and it is great to have 3 users for each license. We have done the annual renewal for years. It is crazy that I have to receive the software with each new unit that we purchase and then the contact emails telling me to install the software. It is hard to keep track of which license is the one I'm paying for so that I do not have multiple renewals going on but my computer is definitely protected. AND now it seems like the software won't run the updates because the files are corrupt. Just need to take time to figure out what the problem is before I bother the Geek Squad.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus is the best I have used so far. If you need to call in the tech people will stay with you as long as need be. I had one guy on with me for an hour trying to resolve a root virus issue on my old laptop which was running on a windows vista operating system and giving me a ton of problems. Kaspersky even has something called "Safe money" which creates extra protection when you are doing any kind of online banking ! Love it!

We bought a Mac, which has built-in safety software (trust me, it's a chore to intentionally infect a Mac, so if you do it on accident, you are Darwin Award worthy). This came free with our purchase. We never installed this, but thought maybe we could give it to a family member who didn't want to use Microsoft Security Essentials or Windows Defender (psst.... you do, it's fine, please stop this virus software racket). But evidently our subscription started at time of purchase, so this ended up going into the recycling bin when we did find someone who might use it. Next time, I'll just let Best Buy keep their copy.

Had the option of picking 3 different anti virus products with the purchase of our new computer. We chose Kaspersky because of it's reputation. Haven't been attacked so far butt it seems to run with a minimum of interference.

After doing some additional research I decided not to use this software. There are other free programs that cover and protect better. I didn't install it because I didn't want to have a false sense of security

Kaspersky is one of the leading anti-malware products on the market, arguably the best. Malware is harmful and malicious software, no longer is computer security confined to trojans, worms, and virus like decades past, and the fact that you get a 6-month license that covers 3 devices (like for some people it'll cover your PC, phone, AND tablet) for free with a new computer at Best Buy, is icing on the cake.

Kaspersky internet security although difficult to download does a good job keeping my computer secure as I serf the web. I have not had any issues with my computer (virus, hack) in over a year while using this product.

On review, I wish I'd just taken the lap top to Best Buy and let the Geek Squad solve the issue (which was a hidden password unbeknownst to me) rather than listen to my husband and attempt to install another on-line 'free' system, which ended up with 379 viruses! This should have been easier to activiate since this was my third year renewal and I'd paid for it. I just wish I hadn't encountered the issues upon trying to activiate this.

It appears to be working and keeping me out of trouble. It also doesn't appear that difficult to learn without reading a lot about it That makes it that much better. and more time to do what I want to do.
