Well this product is good, I feel like I was harrassed into getting this product for free if I got the tech support, but really I think the price is buried in the total. I returned and got a better deal online.

More complicated than my prior software AVG, but in a way that tells me it is looking out for my best interests. However, I've been unable to get it to work with a second device, my android phone.

I feel like I am protected from viruses, however I frequently get messages that I am not protected from screen shots. No problems so far. Excellent that it was free with my purchase for a year.

i have not install malware pro software yet. Try to see if Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 has well protected or not. So far it is okay. not like norton you have to add malware software to protect from malware.

I dont buy coputers a lot do my anivirus/security is so important to have. A good one can give your Pc many years of effective use. I feel like that about this product. It has been good so far. Very effective.

This is a very good internet security system. It offers numerous options and does not seem to slow down computer performance. Installation from the download did, however, come with a few bugs.

I had this program added as I purchased my new computer - I have had no issues during the last three months - thus i assume it is doing its job - but really cannot tell - its like trying to prove a negative.

I bought Kaspersky with my Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The standard installation method is with a CD (which the Surface doesn't have). There were vague instructions in the packaging to install with a download, and Kaspersky's site was nearly equally helpful. It took almost 30 minutes to find the link and start the process. I had anti-virus software provided through my university, so it's possible that I'm just a novice.

I had this installed by the geek squad. It gives me reminders if I can get a virus. It has done a good job in protecting my computer from getting viruses. I recommend all buyers to buy this for their electronics

I have been a long time user of Norton to protect my data systems. Best Buy encourages their system. I am still on the fence with this system - not totally sold on the financial sections - very hard to use.

I got this as a bonus when I purchased my Nexus 7. I installed it to test it out but already had Norton 360 running. In the end Norton won out since its a more comprehensive and user friendly environment.

GOT THIS FREE FOR BUYING A COMPUTER AND HAVEN'T INSTALLED IT YET. IT DOES HAVE LICENSES FOR DESKTOP COMPUTERS AS WELL AS TABLETS AND CELL PHONES SO PRETTY COOL TO HANDLE ALL 3 IN ONE PACKAGE.

I would never get this product again as it was I had to buy it twice the first copy that I brought with the computer did not load right and I had to take my computer in and get all the viruses removed.

Like the banking feature of this security system It makes now difference what banking institute you look into -- it gives you a feeling of security that makes you feel that your banking info is safe and secure.

I for this item free when I purchased a Mac book pro, and was toll not to installed it on my Mac and there's was no need for it. So I have it to my brother to use on this laptop and he really like the product

I have tried Norton and McCaffe in the past always seemed to still have coodies on my lap top. Im informed this is better than the others and am hoping this is true. Updates easily and no problems to this point.

All our other computers have kaspersky so this was a natural choice for us as we are familiar with the product. The web (rather than disc) install was a little interesting to follow but all seems to be well now

Installed by Geek Squad-seems that it is doing its job. Good idea that it can be installed on up to 3 computers. Just purchased, yet a pop-up keeps appearing on my screen asking me to renew. A little confusing.

this was a great add on for free to my ipad purchase, I installed it on there but it don't protect the item unless you use their browser, so because of the I keep getting email saying I have yet to install it

Honestly, I don''t see anything wrong with this... its to keep your computer secure. Although there are alternatives like AVG or Avast to keep away harm or threats from the internet, This is just as good.
