The Kaspersky software is a fast and secure internet and system virus/spyware protector. Haven't had any problems with it so far. Hoping for the best!

This internet security protects bad people from harming your computer so you need to have this install on your computer for your protection. Otherwise your computer will run slow etc..

Best spyware prevention product I have ever used in over 30 years of computer usage. Kaspersky prevents me from malicious web sites while surfing the web.The scans are automatic and operate in the background. I have not expierenced any slowness of operation during a scan. Very easy to install. I highly recommend Kaspersky internet security for guarding against maleware.

my computer was one of 3 on a Best Buy/Geek Squad account. I began getting email messages saying my account was about to expire. I renewed the account online thinking the messages were about the combined account. It turned out I had renewed just a Kaspersky account that was not connected to the original account. So I ended up buying another account through Geek Squad. When I tried to cancel the account I had mistakenly renewed, the account was canceled but I couldn't get a refund because I had had it for more than 30 days. When my computer crashed because of a some malware that evaded the virus protection and I brought the computer to Best Buy for service, they wouldn't repair it because the account was under my daughter's name. She has many medical issues and was at the physician's office and ended up in the hospital and they couldn't get in touch with her for permission even though I had paid for the account with my credit card. I am 74 years old and have a back problem which was flaring up at the time. I had a difficult time bringing the computer in and didn't think I could manage it again so I bought another account under my own name. So now I have paid for 3 accounts and had 1in store repair. I don't think this is right or fair and feel I should get a refund for the two extra unusable accounts. The person at the Geek Squad counter must have dealt with this situation before. He could have suggested I leave the computer until my daughter could be reached. Other than this issue the virus protection has been good and had service online at home before. They never had to get my daughter's permission those occasions.

I don't think that I would go out of my way to purchase this internet security software, but it came free with the purchase of a laptop we made, and so far we have been happy with it.

WE'VE USED THIS PROGRAM IN THE PAST ON OTHER COMPUTERS AND WHEN WE GOT THE NEW ONE WE ALSO PICKED UP THIS PROGRAM FOR IT'S SECURITY. EASY TO INSTALL. HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM ON MY LAPTOP.

I've always used Microsoft Security Essentials on my old laptop. Kaspersky was included with my new laptop purchase. I've been very happy with it. I've since switched all my computers over to Kaspersky. Virus definitions are updated frequently. The software is easy to use, but also offers the ability to configure it for maximum protection. I'll be renewing at the end of my one year subscription.

This software was a part of a bundle purchased with my iMac. I installed it on my Windows operating systems in the home and it protects as stated.

As much as I like being protecting from viruses, I am constantly having to deal with popups asking me if I'm sure if I want to go to a particular site, even known sites that are safe.

Today security is a must. I have already called for assistance with viruses and kapersky came on my computer remotely and fixed all my problems. This is a must in today's world of computer hacking.

Came with my system for free. I have always used Norton so I was not sure what to expect. I like it and the fact that you can select to go to a secure website when using for financial.

I returned this product to the retailer after purchasing it because of the absence of many features that are included in other security software. Webroot and Bitdefender are both better systems.

I have Kaspersky 2013 and now purchased 2014 for Windows. Loading the 2013 was a breeze, but l struggled over several days to get 2014 loaded. Kaspersky would not acknowledge that the program had been paid for, even though I entered the key, over and over again it asked me to pay for another installation online. This clearly is not the way the disk should work. May go back to Norton after this major headache. On the bright side, the program is now loaded and working, apparently in an efficient manner. Other antivirus programs have worked for me without these issues.

I received this for free with purchase of a laptop, so I can't complain about the price. However, I didn't bother to install it because its just blacklist protection. No sense in using anything other that Microsoft Defender unless you're going to layer whitelist on top of it. I never have and avoid viruses with the smallest amount of common sense. If it comes free with system purchase, great. Otherwise, I consider any blacklist virus protection a waste of money. Windows Defender has been sufficient for me since Windows 7.

Security software can not protect you from the most common threat, yourself. You need to use the tool as it was designed. If you click ALLOW without thinking, you allow threats in.

As far as I can tell its doing a good job, but I don't go out of my way to test it against viruses/Trojans, etc. That's better than being able to tell that it's not doing its job.

I've gotten this free with a couple of computers but I've never used it since I already have virus protection. But they have followed up with check-ins to make sure everything is OK.

This is a new anti virus that I had not previously had. So far it seems to be working out very well. It does have some features that my previous anti-virus didn't have. So far I am happy with it.

Even though I was a little confused about the download, works well. Keeps me updated on my computers health. Always updates daily. A lot of similar products for the same price but good product!

I just purchased a new laptop and wanted the best protection for it. I got this and happy that I made the right choice. It gives maximum protection to my laptop and is very smooth.
