This product works as described, probably better, a little too good, but in this day and age higher protection is needed... Easy to use and interface with... No complaints so far..

Effective product. Trouble is that I have three sets of Kaspersky - good for 9 devices - for four. tried to get a gift card - value of Kaspersky - instead of another anti-virus. No deal. So I have over-kill with Kaspersky. Suggestion was made to sell the extra Kaspersky. Not interested in going to that trouble. Seems that Best Buy could easily provide another "gift instead of another Kaspersky."

We were forced to purchase the Internet Security program when we signed up for the 1 year service maintenance with the Geek Squad. No one likes being forced to purchase any product. Kate

If you want to feel free to do whatever you want on your laptop, with no worries of viruses or any other harms to your computer or laptop this is it right here. The best security in my opinion.

I had never heard of this software before so I activated it. It apparently works - won"t know until I get a virus? It updates frequently but I guess it has to in order to provide the protection.

This is a useful product for a computer . It will protect your computer from viruses and what not. The best thing about it is the ease of setting it up. However, it pops up a little too much for me.

Decent anti-virus, but I feel that it is a bit over zealous in its operation. Manages to slow everything down because it is constantly checking and scanning everything more than once.

The product does the job. It just doesn't make sense to give out a CD to go with a laptop that has no CD drive. To reduce waste, a link and product key could be emailed at time of purchase instead.

Has new updates daily for maximum virus protection. Scans the computer quickly and all jump drives. The only reason it did not get five stars is because I can't get the auto scan to work right.

while installing it for the first time the software crashed everything in my internet. I guess from reading on Google, there was an outdated service pack that needed to be updated. But once updating, it crashed everything from the router to all devices on the router. Everything needed to be reset. Even the computer and the updated. I finally had to download the update from Kaspersky website because every time I tried to update with software it killed my router and stopped the update. Be warned that this may happen to you. Once instated, the software runs great!!

Kaspersky is very slow with updating when I first turn on computer. It does not automatically scan computer, you have to manually request a scan. This version does not have Malware Protection.

It came free with purchase of my Surface Book. I usually use other virus scan/malware protection programs, but because of no value, it is good to have installed on your machine.

The program was easy to install and seems to be doing a good job. At least it does not have the pop ups that the Norton program had that came with the laptop and there have been no problems.

UNINSTALLED AVG FOR KASPERSKY. WITHIN A FEW DAYS PROGRAM WAS REQUIRING CHANGES BECAUSE MY MODEM WAS NOT OPERATING FAST ENOUGH FOR IT. NEEDED PASSWORD FOR MODEM. SOMEHOW IT CRASHED MY INTERNET EXPLORER AND I HAVE NOT FOUND A WAY TO GET IT BACK. UNINSTALLED KASPERSKY AND PUT AVG BACK AND STILL NO EXPLORER. SAYS I NEED JAVASCRIPT AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IT. NOT A NOVICE BUT ALL THIS SEEMED BEYOND MY CAPABILITIES. IF THE PROBLEM IS MINE I APOLOGIZE TO KASPERSKY. IF NOT THE PROGRAM STINKS AND WANTS TOO MUCH CONTROL OF MY COMPUTER

I wasn't really sure about this product at first, but for the price I went for it. After all It was a great choice, it does all the protection a PC needs and will definitely buy the product again.

I am sorry ! This software is terrible ! have worked with several of the Anti Virus Manuf., this is the worst ! I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 - 3 users, I contacted Kaspersky Internet Support, I removed Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 as instructed, I removed Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 as instructed, I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 as instructed. Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 failed to operate as advertised, Failed to load on my other computers as well. I am done with Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 !

It was a bit tricky at first determining where to go to install the version I ordered, but it went smoothly after I got started. It's unobtrusive and assumingly doing its job.

For the basic computer user, like myself, this software seems to do the trick. However, it is nothing special, just simple anti-virus software. No problems yet, but again, I am a basic user.

So many years with a Kaspersky subscription, and an equally large amount of computers with it later, I still have yet to find one that protects my devices to this level. Sure, you can get several free anti viruses on the web, but this is well worth the price. In the end, you are paying for protection. And protection is what you are guaranteed to get here.

This is the only internet security I have used for years. Do not buy their download version it's almost impossible to install. I tried twice to download the software 2 years in a row and have had to get my money back both times. Stick with this version that has disk, it's also great to have the disk in case you need to install again, they charge extra for the disk if you get the download.
