had to buy manual to help with windows 8. even with help button it didn't fully help with understanding what was happening, not a product that you can open up and use with confidence

Even though i purchsed kaspersky at Best Buy and paid to have Geek Squad install and run the product, i kept getting emails from Geek Squad telling me to install Kaspersky. Grrrrrrr.

I believe this is one of the top 3 anti viruses out there. You can not go wrong with this software. Will keep your computer clean and your web browsing safe from scripts, viruses, and other harmful programs out there. Great that you can add this to 3 computers and will protect them all with no problem. I like the statistics it show you and the interface is easy to use.

I wasn't too sure about Kaspersky as I had not heard of it before. It took me a minute to trust it but so far it has done a fine job at keeping my information protected.

So far this has been great internet protection for the 3-4 weeks I have had my computer. I like that i can use it on 3 devices. I hear it is better than the previous stuff I was using.

I have been using Kaspersky on two computers for two years now and have not had any virus problems so far. However, I don't download music, videos, etc., from back-door websites either.

I'm glad we have this security system. The sales person was so honest with us, we asked him which one he would buy if it was his computer and he recommended this one and it has been working great for us. If I need other thing from a computer to a big screen tv, washer and dryer, or any thing else I will go to best buy because I feel I can trust the people who work there.

kaspersky is a leading company but as a technician I cant be botheres with software like this. the program take over for your common sense and I just have no need for it.

So far so good, seems to work well. Unfortunately you never really know how well it works until you have a virus. Had a few issues installing and updating. Issues were easily resolved.

We have used kaspersky before on another computer and it is easy to work with and it after set up the running options it doew the work and lets you know if it finds anything wrong.

For starters the parental controls are garbage. The controls won't work for certain browsers like Microsoft edge, and if you use a browser like Google the parental controls only work when they feel like it. Furthermore, I installed on two computers, and it reaked havoc on both. They were slow, wouldn't shut down or start properly, and there were constant inaccurate messages. I uninstalled it and installed webroot and now both computers are fine. I am not sure what that was about, but it wasn't worth it.

Initially I was reluctant to install this product because I have a macbook and didn't feel the need to use it but then I installed it in my Dell windows laptop and it worked great.

This was a free item with the purchase of my laptop. I installed it, and it is a 6 month subscription. Has given several prompts to purchase more services from Kaspersky.

This product came as a free trial with my computer and it has been very good at protecting my system so far. It stopped a couple of threats the first day. It was fairly easy to install even for someone that is not very tech savvy like me. The renewal price that I will pay in the future is much less than the other big name security companies.

This was purchased as part of a laptop package and it is a wonderful product for detecting virus and other problems however, it can not detect everything and I had to purchase additional protection from an outside source working with the kapersky team when my computer was hacked by a Trojan virus. I would have preferred they handle it without the additional expense.

Bought for a mixture of mac and windows machine. Pleased on the windows protection, had to remove from the Mac as it was older and would interfere with stuff running..

I simply want to work on my computer, and don't want to have to worry about dealing with all the stupid messages. This product seems to keep that part clear to date.

The problem with most of the antivirus programs is that they slows the processing of the programs where as this doesn't. So far i haven't got any trouble using this.

Very great and reliable product I recommend this to anyone especially that does business over the web. I would've gave this 5 stars but i didn't bcuz the fact of renewing every year

Kaspersky is a fairly good antivirus and it gets the job done. Kaspersky Labs does great research but i find their antivirus to be a little lacking. Personally, i recommend eset.
